The incidence of diabetes mellitus according to Riskesdas (2013) data increased from 1.1% in 2007 to 2.1% in 2013 from a total population of 250 million people. In 2025 it is estimated that there will be 350 million people who will be issued by Diabetes Melitus. One thing that needs to be done in patients with diabetes mellitus is to check blood levels. Patients with diabetes mellitus are required to be independent in carrying out their health monitoring with a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system that facilitates monitoring with health assistance so that it can be controlled properly. Objective: to provide an overview and discussion of the results of a literature review on the development of an approved system in patients with diabetes mellitus. Method: Analysis of some literature obtained from several online databases by examining 10 journals so as to produce relevant conclusions and new ideas. Pada tahun 2025 diperkirakan akan ada 350 juta jiwa yang akan terkena Diabetes Melitus. Salah satu yang perlu dilakukan pada pasien diabetes melitus adalah melakukan pemantauan kadar glukosa darah secara berkelanjutan untuk dapat memantau perkembangan dan mencegah dari komplikasi yang tidak diinginkan. Pasien dengan diabetes melitus dituntut untuk dapat mandiri dalam melalukan pemantauan kesehatannya dengan sistem <em>Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)</em> memudahkan pemantauan dengan berkolaborasi pada pelayanan kesehatan agar pemantauan yang dilakukan dapat terkontrol dengan baik. <strong>Tujuan :</strong> untuk memberikan gambaran dan gagasan dari hasil <em>literature review </em>tentang kemungkinan pengembangan system pemantauan glukosa berkelanjutan pada pasien diabetes melitus. <strong>Metode</strong> <strong>:</strong> Analisis beberapa literatur yang didapat dari beberapa <em>database online</em> dengan menelaah 10 jurnal sehingga membentuk kesimpulan yang relevan dan ide baru. Physiological effects that can occur are fatigue, lethargy, hair loss, intestinal disorders and oral cavity. Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Hospital with breast cancer sufferers has increased in the last two years This study aims to explore the life experiences of breast cancer patients in undergoing chemotherapy at RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi.This type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach was carried out in January 2020. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a participant of 4 people and the technique of data collection was through in-depth interviews.Based on the results of research on the phenomenological study of the experience of patients ca mamae in undergoing chemotherapy produced themes: 1) Physical, pscyhological responses experienced in undergoing chemotherapy, 2) Striving for healing and recovery, 3) Physical discomfort as an impact of participants in undergoing chemotherapy,This study concludes that good participant knowledge about breast cancer along with the signs and symptoms felt by the participants, so that participants immediately take treatment. There are various factors that affect the VO2max value, one of which is physical exercise. Some examples of physical exercise, namely interval training, are one way to measure the VO2max value. Knowing the effect of interval training on VO2max in arema club soccer athletes in the Sijunjung district, Sijunjung district. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The research sample was the arema club nagari siaur football athlete, Sijunjung district (n = 10) whose VO2max was measured using the Balke Test method. The normality test is Mann-Whitney. The mean VO2max value of the interval training group was Mean 51.2 ml / kg / minute with a minimum value of 50.5 ml / kg / minute and a maximum value of 52.2 ml / kg / minute. Provision of interval training is very beneficial and also has an effect on increasing vo2max in football athletes Arema Club Sijunjung district. The working area of the Ambon Tulehu Community Health Center is 1,877 PUS, 1,467 active family planning participants and 2 condom family planning acceptors. The data shows the lack of male participation in contraceptive use, including condoms. This study aims to get a picture of the ineffectiveness of condom use in PUS men in the working area of the Ambon Tulehu Community Health Center. The research design is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. Participants in this study were 8 PUS men who had used a condom and then no longer / switched to other methods of contraception. The results of the study were the reasons participants used condoms to avoid getting pregnant, preventing illness, trial and error, inexpensive. The reason participants stopped using condoms was because they were uncomfortable, bothered to use it, embarrassed, reduced sexual pleasure, caused pain for the wife, there were obstacles and their effectiveness was not guaranteed. It is progressive and irreversible. One way to maintain survival with hemodialysis, dependence on hemodialysis will reduce the quality of life of patients. The purpose of this research was to describe, analyze and interpret family efforts to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis therapy in Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Method</em></strong><em>: </em><em>The type of this research was qualitative with phenomenological approach. It was conducted on July 2019. Then, by using purposive sampling technique, 6 people had been chosen as the samples. The data were collected through in-depth interviews and it was by analyzed colaizzi method.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>: </em><em>The results of the research obtained that about the family efforts in improving the quality of life of patients described into 4 themes: 1) assisting in meeting physiological needs, 2) providing psychological support, 3) assisting in social activities, 4) assisting in solving environmental problems. AchmadDarwisSuliki Hospital, it is known that 50% said lack of socialization, 40% felt slow to get services, and 60% did not know about BPJS policy rules regarding illnesses and health problems caused by BPJS. The purpose of the study was to determine factors related to patient satisfaction with BPJS services.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Method</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Analytical research methods with cross sectional approach. The population is all patients using BPJS cards who visited the Emergency Room of Dr. Achmad</em><em> </em><em>Darwis Hospital, with an average of 587 people per month. A sample of 100 people was taken accidentally.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Factors known to be related to patient satisfaction were communication / outreach (p = 0.006 and OR = 4.031), health care (HR) (p = 0.028 and OR = 2.957) and policy rules (p = 0,000 and OR = 36,694). The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of </em><em>wudhu</em><em> therapy and sleepy hygiene therapy on sleep disorders in school-age children</em><em>.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Method</em></strong><em>: </em><em>The research method used is Quasi Experiment Design with Pre Test and Post Test Two Group Design designs. in the application with design interpretation - posttest. The sampling technique was taken by purposive sampling method with a sample of 20 respondents. Data analysis used in this study is the analysis of univariated and bivariated with</em><em> </em><em>using T test.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Results</em></strong><em>:</em><em> Average sleep disturbance of respondents before (pretest) </em><em>wudhu</em><em> therapy was 55.50 and after (posttest) </em><em>wudhu</em><em> therapy was given 30.10 with a P-value of 0.001 and obtained an average sleep disturbance before respondents (Pretest) performed sleepy hygiene therapy was 56.80 and after (posttest) given sleepy hygiene therapy was 42.60 with a P-value of 0.002. The results showed ablution therapy is more effective than sleepy hygiene therapy</em>.<em> </em><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong><em>: </em><em>There is an influence of </em><em>wudhu</em><em> therapy and sleepy hygiene therapy on sleep disorders in school-age children.
