Complementary feeding must be introduced at the right time, be adequate, safe, and well-fed as this stage significantly impacts the health and optimal growth of the baby. Factors related to complementary feeding include family support, education, cultural, and technological factors. The aim of this research was to identify factors associated with maternal behaviour in providing complementary foods to babies aged 6–12 months in Batu Ampar Village. The design of this research was a cross-sectional study conducted in September 2023. The population and sample in this study consisted of all babies aged 6–12 months in Batu Ampar Village, totalling 47 individuals. Data were obtained from the questionnaire sheet. The data analysis used in this study was cross-sectional. The research results showed that out of 47 respondents, 21 (44.7%) had senior high school education, 29 (61.7%) reported good family support, and 29 (61.7%) indicated having a good cultural background. Additionally, 29 respondents (61.7%) used technology to provide supplementary breast milk to their babies. The results of the analysis indicate a relationship between education (p-value = 0.02), culture (p-value = 0.04), and family support (p-value = 0.018) and the behaviour of providing complementary feeding. There is no significant relationship between technology and the behaviour of providing complementary feeding (p-value = 0.102). It is recommended that health workers and families provide support and motivation to encourage caregivers to practice complementary. Students who lack peer social support are at risk of experiencing academic burnout. This research aims to determine the relationship between peer social support and academic burnout in final year students at Bandung regional universities. Method: This research uses quantitative methods with correlational techniques. Subjects totaling 90 students were taken using the Simple Random Sampling. Data collection methods used the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) questionnaire, and peer social support questionnaires. Results: The research results showed that 68.9% of students had a low level of social support and 54.4% of students had a high level of academic burnout. The correlation test using Spearman Rank obtained a sig value of 0.017 <0.05. Nursing students are expected to have competency in the knowledge and skills to provide high quality and safe nursing care to patients, however there are still many nursing students who feel they are not ready to become nurses in the future because they feel they are not yet competent in carrying out nursing care to patients. The aim of the research is to see the correlation between self-efficacy and the clinical competence of Nurse Professional Education students. Methods: This research used correlation research and the sample in this research were clinical practice students of the Nursing Professional Education who had undergone 2 clinical learning stages in semester 1 which were taken using a total sampling technique. Data analysis using SmartPLS. Results: From the research results, it was found that self-efficacy had a positive effect on clinical competence (P Value 0.000, T Statistics 14.273, sample mean 0.686). Self-efficacy influences clinical competence by 46.3% (R Square 0.463), the remainder is influenced by other factors not studied. Many efforts can be made by pregnant women to overcome various complaints during pregnancy, one of which is complementary therapy or traditional medicine passed down from the family and culture of the local community. This study aims to conduct an empirical survey of complementary therapies for pregnant women in the work area of Muara Tembesi Health Center. Methods: This type of research is Mixed methods with an Exploratory design which was carried out in November 2023 with the population of all pregnant women and the local community. This sampling uses purposive sampling techniques with quantitative samples of 50 respondents and qualitative 16 informants. The instruments used are interview protocols and questionnaires. Qualitative data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model and univariate quantitative data analysis. Results: The research results show that the common complaints of pregnant women are nausea, vomiting, fatigue, dizziness, heartburn, emotional disturbances, aches or pain in the legs, back and waist and leg edema. Meanwhile, the complements used by pregnant women are adjusted to the type of complaints experienced, including consumption of boiled ginger water (78%), lemongrass infusion (34%), betel infusion (8%), half-cooked free-range chicken eggs (60%), fruit and vegetables ( 56%), and massage therapy (52%).
