According to data, 10% of child deaths are due to diarrhea. Children with special needs are poorly informed about how to wash their hands in an appropriate manner. Washing hands using soap can reduce the transmission of the disease. Motivation of children with special needs in washing hands needs to be increased. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between children's knowledge in washing hands and the ability of children to wash their hands in 6 steps properly and correctly in special schools (SLB) Bukittinggi 2020. <strong>Methods</strong>: This study used the chi square test, on 34 respondents. <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study obtained low knowledge of children (73.5%) of respondents and low ability (70.6%) of respondents with p-value = 0.000. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The conclusion is that the ability to wash the hands of children with special needs is still categorized as low with minimal implementation intervention. The research objective explores how the public's perception of the application of Covid-19. <strong>Methods: </strong>Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The research informants were taken by purposive sampling, totaling 10 people in the Tanjung Bajure Market Area, Sungai Penuh City. Ordinary people call it gout. Gout is a metabolic disease caused by excess levels of uric compounds in the body, either due to overproduction, inadequate elimination, or increased purine intake. This study aims to determine the effect of giving red ginger powder compresses to pain in the elderly with gout arthritis. <strong>Methods: </strong>This study used the Quasy Experiment design with the design used was the pretest-posttest control group design. <strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that there was a significant effect of giving red ginger powder on pain in the elderly with Gout Arthritis (p-value = 0.000). The Respondents 'Pain Scale Before Giving Ginger Powder Compress with a mean = 4.20 and there was a decrease in the Respondents' Pain Scale after Ginger Powder Compress was given with a mean = 2.30. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>It can be concluded that the administration of red ginger powder compresses can reduce pain in the elderly. When uric acid levels get higher and pass normal levels, the uric acid will gradually settle and crystallize. Sedimentation This causes the joint to become inflamed which is marked by signs and symptoms such as pain, swelling, and redness in the joints. <strong>Methods:</strong> In the implementation, complementary therapy was applied to gouty arthritis patients, namely warm ginger compresses and bay leaf water decoction.. <strong>Results:</strong> Significant results on the pain scale and changes in uric acid levels were before the intervention scale of pain 8 with uric acid levels of 8.7 mg / dl and after the intervention scale of pain 2 with uric acid levels of 7.8 mg / dl. <strong>Concluion:</strong> The application of complementary therapy of warm ginger compresses and bay leaf decoction which was done showed improvement in patients suffering from gout. Parenting is the ability of parents to provide time, attention and support for their children so that they can grow and develop physically, mentally and socially.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Aim :</em></strong><em> The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting styles and the environment with Verbal Abuse Behavior in Preschool Children in Simpang III Sipin Village, Jambi City. </em><strong><em>Method : </em></strong><em>This research method is a descriptive quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The technique of determining the place of this research is proportional technique. Sampling uses a total sampling technique with a total sample of 54 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire, the data that had been collected were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The effects of these negative thoughts can cause problems both physically and psychologically which can worsen the patient's condition. <strong>Methods: </strong>The questionnaire used to see the Acceptance Of Illness Scale (AIS). The number of samples is 180 patients. Data analysis: proportion, chi square. <strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that 60.6% of the patients admitted to the West Sumatra Provincial Hospital were good. While the factors that affect the quality of life of patients are: Age (p = 0.006), education (p = 0.902), occupation (p = 0.006). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Patient acceptance can be increased by optimizing the factors possessed by breast cancer sufferers. Samples were 80 patients with hypertension who happened to visit the internal disease polyclinic of the Mentawai Islands District General Hospital while the observation was taking place, totaling 80 respondents; the sampling technique was Accidental Sampling. Chi-square data analysis with a value of α = 0.05. 14 informants were selected purposively. <strong>Results</strong>: The results of the Chi-Square statistical test showed no variables that were significantly related to the incidence of hypertension with p value> 0.05, these variables were gender (p = 0.716), family history (p = 0.443), education level. Through the suggestions given, it is hoped that they will be aware and enlightened that there is extraordinary potential which they have never optimized in learning. <strong>Method: </strong>This reasearch was quasy experimental research. The sample in this study was the nursing student in third semester. </em><em>The sample technique used total sampling. The sample was divided into two groups, 40 students in Class B for the intervention group and 40 students in Class A for the control group. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques to obtain pretest data, observation to control the method hypnoteaching and tests to obtain data posttest. W</em><em>ork group learning outcomes measured before starting the learning process by using 20 items through exam questions after the pre-test and learning methods hypnoteaching in the intervention group and the conventional Data in this study were tested using Independent test T-Test. <strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that there was an effect of themethod hypnoteaching on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the class average scores with the two post-tests using themethod hypnoteaching of 85.86 and 88.16, while the average class scores using conventional methods are 70.79 and 77.95. Changes in sexual behavior in pregnant women vary in each trimester of pregnancy. <strong>Aim : </strong>The purpose of this study was to gain a deep understanding of the sexual experiences of primipara mothers in the nusalaut district. <strong>Methode : </strong>The design used is qualitative research through a phenomenological approach using semi-structured in-depth interview methods. Participants were five postpartum primipara mothers who were obtained by purposive sampling. According to the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) the prevalence of adolescents playing online games is 44.10% and in adolescents aged 10 to 24 years approximately 18.40% in the year 2016. In 2020 the results of research in the city of Bukittinggi showed 75% of adolescents used gadgets to play games. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between children's characteristics and the level of gadget addiction. <strong>Method</strong>: Research method This research is descriptive analytic using cross sectional approach. The study population was adolescents in the city of Bukittinggi. The sample technique is stratified random sampling of 130 people. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi_square test and nonparametric correlation. <strong>Result: </strong>The results and discussion showed that there was a significant relationship between the duration of waking up and the use of gadgets on the level of gadget addiction in adolescents with results (P value 0.013). There is no significant relationship between age and the level of gadget addiction with value (P value = 0.323).
