(2) Knowing the selling game design process to foster entrepreneurial attitudes in Paud. (3) Realizing the reason for buying and selling games can foster the development of language and entrepreneurial attitudes. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research that collects data directly at the source. Data analysis according to Miles and Huberman, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) inference and vertification. The results obtained from this study prove that the game of buying and selling can foster language development and entrepreneurial attitudes carried out on 3 children, namely 2 boys and one child is a girl. This research is Classroom Action Research (henceforth, CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four meetings. The research subject of this CAR are the fifth grade students of State Primary School 028226 Binjai Class V-1 in the Academic Year of 2019/2020. There are 33 students as the research subject. The analysis of quantitative data showed that the students’ mean score increased continually from 55,63 in the pretest, 66,36 in the posttest of cycle 1, to 76,81 in the posttest of cycle 2. The analysis of qualitative data showed that the learning teaching processes of English speaking skill through the implementation of Talking Stick method ran very well. The students were more active, and motivated to learn English speaking skill. The class atmosphere was more alive and enjoyable after Talking Stick method was implemented in the English speaking classes. The study is conducted in odd semester of Academic Year 2019/2020 in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan. The sampling technique of this study uses a cluster random sampling technique to establish an experimental group and a control group. The research approach is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design with non-equivalent (Pre Test and Post Test Design). The research design is pretest and posttest control design  and the research design can be presented with a 2 x 2 factorial design with the Two Path Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) technique. The results shows that there is a difference between student learning outcomes in the E-Learning class + SFAE Learning Model, and student learning outcomes applied by the SFAE Learning Model model and students who gained the greatest influence from E-Learning + SFAE Learning Model on student economic learning outcomes, namely 0 , 0929. The study was conducted in descriptive qualitative research because the researcher did not apply any treatment and experiment in the research. Descriptive qualitative research concerns providing description of a phenomenon that occurs naturally without any intervention of an experiment or an artificially contrived treatment (Bogdan&Biklen, 1992: 28). The techniques of collecting data of the study were observation and interview. The results of the study showed that three English teachers in teaching process by using scientific approach in the process of conveying and checking meaning of words or sentences, explaining grammar and classroom management. The subject of the study was the eight grade students of Public Junior High School 22 Medan in academic year 2018/2019. This study was conducted by applying Classrom Action Research (CAR), which had been conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meetings. The instruments of collecting data were quantitative data (speaking test) and qualitative data (observation checklist and field notes). The result of the test shows that the mean score of pre test is 40, formative test is 46.34, and post test is 62.89. The percentage of the students’ means score improve from pre test to post test 57.2%. The result of observation checklist and field notes showed that the students were interested in teaching and learning English especially speaking skill by using storytelling technique. There are many advantages and disadvantages using social media as the instrument to assess the students. The aim of this research is to investigate how useful social media as Facebook, Instagram and Whatapp application in developing students’ competences in writing skill. The principles of KKNI is to assess an individual in some aspects; knowledge, competences, and skills in accordance with the learning achievement obtained through educational process which is shown by certain descriptor levels. For the second semester students of English Department of UNIMED. They have to submit all kinds of assessments from Daily Task Report, Critical Book Report, Journal Review, Mini Research, Idea Engineering and Final Project. All these tasks have their own conditions and difficulties to complete. The implementation of using social media as students’ assessment hasn’t been optimal yet, since it still a new idea in education. The population of this research were the students of 2017/2018 academic year who consist of 80 students from 2 classes, educational and literature program who have already studied basic writing and reading. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) Method by Borg & Gall, with the Linkert Scale Data. Questionnaire used to get students perception on how effective social media as their KKNI based curriculum assessments. The result shown that the factors influencing the implementation of social media as students assessment are not only the design, material, and selected text, but also the lecturers competence, students’ need, and facilities that support the achievement of this purposes. The development method adopts the development steps of Borg and Gall. Small group trials involve 15 athletes and 60 for large group trials. The development of the model begins with small trials, large trials and effectiveness tests. The effectiveness test used pre-post test with the instrument of the volleyball smash skills of junior high school students. The exercise model that was applied was tested for the significance of the difference and it was obtained that the t-test = 31,614, db = 32 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, meaning that there were significant differences in the ability of students before and after they were given the volleyball smash learning model. This type of research was research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The quantitative data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive. Qualitative data obtained from the questionnaire were then converted to qualitative data on a scale of 5 (Likert scale). The findings showed that: (1) Teaching materials met the requirements and were appropriate to be used as teaching materials, based on the assessment of material experts, design experts, linguists, and practitioners/ teachers. The result of the validation of the material experts in all aspects of the material was 87.8% in the very good criteria, the result of the validation of the learning design expert in all the aspects was 90.4% in the very good criteria, and the validation of the linguists in all aspects was 93% in the very good criteria. The result of the teacher's response to teaching materials with a total average percentage of all aspects was 93.7% with the “very good” criteria. (2) The teaching material developed was more effective than without using the teaching material. The effectiveness of teaching materials based on social care character based on the values of Franciscan spirituality  developed was 80.2%, and based on Siswanto's  theory was 81.36%. The effectiveness before teaching materials was reviewed based on the values of Franciscan spirituality was 40.72%, and based on Siswanto's theory was 41.2%.
