The approach taken to familiarize students with high-level thinking is helped by WEB. Based on preliminary analysis, it is known that teachers have difficulties in designing a WEB-based social science learning media. This study uses the ADDIE model to develop web-based learning media. The development research flow, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of research in the form of WEB-based social studies learning media products have been declared feasible by a team of experts. Language is as primary means of cultural events transmission. A digitalised adage as one of efforts to revitalise or maintain the culture will not be received without understanding the meanings of the oral tradition texts as their implicitness. This research tries to fill the space left by other researchers to make young generation of Mandailing understand the meanings of the oral tradition texts. The oral tradition tells a great deal of local genuine. By doing so, it is expected the young generation can pick out the beneficial messages from the oral tradition texts, then, to guide them in the action, behaviour, and thinking. Therefore, the oral traditonal needs to maintain or to reserve. With respect to the nature, the out put of this research is to design a maintenance model of Mandailing oral tradition. The subject of the research is the oral tradition of Mandailing analisyed through cognitive semantics, and CDA as theoretical tools for textual interpretation. The qualitative and quantitative data of the research show  that the oral traditon of Mandailing; mangandung and marturi include in the category of extinct, while mangambat, mangalehenmangan, manjair, maralok-alok, mambue, marturas, maronang-onang, marsilogo, marungut-ungut, and marpege-pege are in the category of endangered traditon. The cultural activities of the oral traditon do not transmit towards the young generation of Mandailing (age. 17- 40) taken from 100 respondent. Theydid not understand the meaning of the oral traditon texts (87%). This research method is a method of research and development Research and Development (R & D). Data is collected through validation of material experts and evaluation experts, the response of Indonesian teachers in Medan Pencawan SMKS and 35 class XI SMK students as research subjects. Data collection in the form of questionnaire assessment. The analysis is done by changing quantitative data into qualitative data using a Likert scale. The product evaluation in the form of a guide book on attitude assessment rubrics by material experts shows that the presentation of the suitability of the task material with KI and KD is 88% in the excellent category, the language and writing rubric attitude assessment is 97% in the excellent category, the learning activities of students have a percentage of 94% with a very good category, and supporting material has a presentation of 88% with a very good category. The overall average is 92% in the excellent category. The attitude rubrics assessment book by attitude evaluation experts with an overall average of 96% falls into excellent category. The attitude assessment handbook rubric assessment by Indonesian language teachers has an average total percentage of 89% with the criteria of \"Excellent\". This study aims to produce scientific-based learning videos with problem-based learning models to improve the learning outcomes of Civic students in 4th grade elementary school in Parm testimonial, Toba Samosir district. This type of research is research and development using the 4D model. research instruments used in the form of an expert validation questionnaire, teacher and student response questionnaire and learning achievement tests. Then the data analysis in the form of expert validation analysis is carried out by material, language and media experts, practicality analysis is carried out by teacher and student questionnaires and effectiveness analysis is done by pretest and posttest. The stages of this research are define, design, develop and assess. The results of this study indicate that the validation rate of material experts is 80% in the very high category, the validation of linguists is 89% in the very high category and the validation of the media expert is 92% in the very high category while the N gain for student learning outcomes is 0.7 with the category high. Finally, instructional videos are also considered by teachers and students by obtaining 87.5% of teachers and obtaining an average of 79% of students in either category. Lubis, Syahnan Daulay","doi":"10.33258/birle.v2i4.523","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33258/birle.v2i4.523","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to (1) describe the process of developing explanatory text teaching materials based on multiple intelligences, (2) describe the feasibility of explanatory text teaching materials based on multiple intelligences and (3) describe the effectiveness of explanatory text teaching materials based on multiple intelligences. This research was conducted in 11th grade of vocational high school 1 Padangsidimpuan. The research method used is the Research and Development research method which refers to the Borg and Gall model. The results showed that (1) the process of developing teaching materials was carried out in three stages, namely preliminary studies, product development and trials. Based on the analysis of the needs, 100% of the teachers and students need data obtained from other teaching materials in explanatory text learning, product development is carried out with expert and material validation, and individual product trials score 88.89 in the excellent category, small group trials score 92, 75 with a very good category and limited field trials obtained a score of 94.75 with a very good category. (2) teaching material is declared feasible with 84.56% content eligibility percentage, 94.23% presentation eligibility, 93.27% language assessment, 96.88 multiple aspects intelligence feasibility and 84.17% graphic assessment. (3) teaching materials are declared effective for use in 11th grade students of  vocational high school 1 Padangsidimpuan with an average of 60.63 pretest learning outcomes and 80.94 posttest. Research using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were: interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses the interaction model of Miles and Huberman, with steps : data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of learning to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood is done by using the talqin method, memorization techniques with Jarimatika formula, with visual, audio and kinesthetic patterns, (2) the ability to memorize the Qur'an ' in children, namely the ability of natural talent that is trained repeatedly and optimally until it becomes an achievement, (3) supporting factors in memorizing the Qur'an, namely parent support, interests and talents, and adequate school facilities, (4) factors inhibitors in memorization are the internal factors of the child and the external factors of the child. They are considered unfit. Power also threatens in voicing the protection of the natural environment. The description of women's struggle is contained in the text of the Women's Batak Opera on the edge of the Lake by Lena Simanjuntak. This opera text restores the identity of women who are closer and care about the environment that is starting to break down, also to values that are starting to disappear. Inductive methods used range from general to general or general problems. The problem analysis starts from the presentation of evidence in the text which is then dialogue with the concept of ecofeminism. The results show that it is not easy for women to express a voice of concern for nature, even though it has been discourse in the context of their cultural history. Furthermore, due to cultural changes that prioritize the interests of individuals and humans from ecology. The research conducted descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted by using interview and recording as the technique of collecting data.The data were obtained from the society of Nainggolan, Harian, and Otlan Runggu Sub- District  Samosir Regency, North Sumatera. The result  of the research showed that Nainggolan, Harian, and Otlan Runggu have the similarity in Batak language use. The research method uses Research and Development method which refers to the development of the Borg and Gall which was modified by Sugiyono. The results of the validation of material experts on the feasibility of the content obtained an average of 90.7% in the category of \"Excellent\" aspects of the feasibility of the language obtained an average of 100% with the category of \"Excellent\".  For the assessment of the results of interactive multimedia validation by media experts an average of 84.7% with the category of \"Excellent\". Product trials are carried out in two stages: small group trials and limited field trials. Small group trials obtained an average percentage of 86.6 with the \"Excellent\" category. Limited field trials received an average percentage of 88.4 in the \"Excellent\" category. The effectiveness of teaching materials is obtained through student learning outcomes in the pretest and posttest. average score at pretest 44 and at posttest 77.
