Testing provoked transient orthostatic hypotension twice at the beginning of the tilt. On both occasions, blood pressure recovered, but there was no compensatory tachycardia during the hypotensive episodes. The spells were associated with a cerebral vasodilation pattern in cerebral vasculature and hypoperfusion (OCHOS). Paroxysmal hypertension, orthostatic hypotension, and autonomic symptoms are described in Moebius syndrome.","PeriodicalId":358532,"journal":{"name":"Autonomic Testing","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129301362","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
