This study uses a quantitative research method and uses panel data, combining time-series and cross-sectional data. The samples used in this study were eight companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index from 2015 to 2019. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22 application. The growth of e-payments in Indonesia has shown a high rate but it is still lagging behind that of several neighboring countries such as Vietnam and Thailand. Several studies on this subject have shown mixed results. By using primary data through the Smart PLS version 3.0 program tools, this study concluded that performance expectancy, benefits, self-efficacy showed a significant positive relationship with the e-payment intention, while trust, ease of use, and security showed insignificant. Multiple regression analysis was chosen for this research, and the F statistic test and T statistic test were utilized for Hypothesis Test. The result indicated that (1) independence affected the quality of the inspectorate supervision, (2) objectivity affected the quality of the inspectorate supervision, (3) expertise affected the quality of the inspectorate supervision, (4) due professional care did not affect the quality of the inspectorate supervision, (5) accountability affected the quality of the inspectorate supervision. With the presence of fintech companies in Indonesia, several SMEs who were met admitted to applying for credit in addition to using bank credit services, namely applications launched by Fintech companies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection method in this research is by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews with correspondents. By using logistic regression, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence SMEs in choosing bank credit services in Jambi City with the presence of financial technology. Purwanto","doi":"10.22437/JBSMR.V4I2.13289","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22437/JBSMR.V4I2.13289","url":null,"abstract":"This research objective is to empirically investigate factors that decisively affect Non Performing Financing (NPF) of Islamic banks partially and simultaneously; the performance of Islamic banks through observing the efficiency by applying Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach; and the intertemporal relationship between NPF and efficiency of Islamic banks by employing VAR model to test the hypothesis of 'Bad Management' and 'Bad Luck'. This research uses purposive sampling method and panel data where data collected from official website of each bank and Bank Indonesia. This study adopts quantitative research and has 72 observations from four banks in five quarterly years. An empirical evidence of this research indicates that partially FDR, ROA, and Exchange rate has negative significant influence towards NPF, while BI rate has the positive significant influence towards NPF. However, CAR and inflation has an insignificant effect to NPF. Simultaneously, all of the independent variables have the significant effect towards NPF which described by the value of 74.92%. The findings of DEA show the average value of Islamic banks in Indonesia is 92.85% which means Islamic Banks in Indonesia are not fully efficient. The method used is descriptive-quantitative and data collection through literature study and documentation in interviews with 70 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Likert scale method and multiple linear regression analysis. The result is that part of the perception/understanding of religion has a positive and significant effect on income levels, partially service variables have no and insignificant effect on income levels, partially, service variables have a positive and significant effect on income levels. E-commerce is one of the platforms used by consumers in searching for information related to the needs of both products or services. Rating of a product plays an important role that can help consumers to support purchasing decisions and reduce search costs. Many factors can influence online purchasing decisions such as ewom, celebrity influencers, and online discounts, but very few studies have examined product ratings in determining purchasing decisions. This study aims to obtain results regarding the effect of product rating and web quality on purchasing decisions among private university students in Bandung. This type of research is an explanatory research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. The sample used in this study was 100 6th semester students with a focus on 3 classes of business and management faculty. The results showed that there was an influence between product rating and web quality variables on purchasing decisions. The data used are primary data obtained from direct interviews using a questionnaire. Data obtained through multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application.The results showed that product innovation and service quality had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. On Batik Jambi Ariniy.
