For the purpose of reducing fabrication cycle time so as to meet timely demands, outsourcing is always a helpful option in production planning. To address the aforementioned real issues, the present study derives the optimal common manufacturing cycle length for a multi-product inventory system, wherein a part of lot-size of each end product is supplied by an outside contractor, and in each cycle a rework process repairs random defects produced by the in-house process. The schedule of receipt time for outsourced items is practically assumed to be in the end of rework. A specific decision model is built to cautiously portray such a hybrid inventory problem. Through modeling, analysis, and derivation the expected annual system cost is obtained, and using optimization technique the optimal cycle length that minimizes system cost is gained. The proposed decision model not only can help find optimal solution to the problem, but also enables manufacturers to obtain diverse essential information, such as the critical outsourcing rate, individual manufacturing related cost for each end product, and influence or joint effects of variations in different system factor(s) on the problem. To this end, the original AFSA was further improved based on the tabu strategy. Specifically, the reproduction and death were introduced to protect the best individuals and eliminate poor quality fish, so as to increase convergence and accuracy. Through simulation, it is proved that our solution can achieve high accuracy, good global convergence, and strong resistance to local minimum. Based on the in-depth analysis of the traditional agricultural product logistics chain, this paper originates a network logistics model for agricultural products. It constructs a two-stage framework (grouping first and then scheduling), analyzes the “First Mile” logistics routes, and then uses the improved loop routes optimization algorithm to obtain the approximate optimal solution to the model. Through example verification, it is found that the model can help improve the efficiency of logistics distribution and save the logistics costs of small agricultural products from fragmented land. First, we analyse the impact of adhesion coefficient, longitudinal speed and front wheel angle on phase plane stable boundary, then we simplify the hyperbolic boundary with polyline. Stability criterion is then built based on the distance between locus and stable boundary. The proposed stability criterion is integrated to vehicle stability control system, and simulations are run under Matlab/Simulink-Carsim co-simulation platform. A mathematical model is developed based on the following scenarios: (a) the manufacturer and the retailer are in different countries where the exchange rate is uncertain; (b) the fixed and variable carbon emission costs are incorporated into current environmental issues; (c) shortage is allowed, and the unsatisfied demand is completely backlogged. In the light of these concerns, our model is to determine the production run time, the shortage time period and defective rate of manual stage. The optimal solutions are computed by our proposed algorithm. Therefore, the dynamic response of the impact must be analysed by means of numerical simulation. But, there is a severe lack of the dynamic mechanical performance parameters of the structural materials involved. In this research, the first-class fan titanium alloy blade of a turbofan engine was used as a specimen to carry out the FOD test. The test results show that the crack damage has obvious morphological characteristics and narrow parameter range. Based on the results of the FOD test, the reverse identification of Johnson-Cook model parameters is used and the finite element model of the foreign object impacting blade is constructed.
