Whether in individual, peer or family groups, this method not only facilitates bonding, but also provides reassurance during dialogues on difficult subjects. This immersive teaching method improves knowledge retention and clinical performance by providing a realistic, risk-free environment for training caregivers. It fills gaps in traditional training, improves quality of care, reduces stress for professionals and enhances patient safety.
