The elevator has become an indispensable and significant component of modern people's life, and it also brings great convenience to people's travel. However, when an accident of the elevator takes place, it will also gives rise to great panic. In order to make sure the normal and safe operation of the elevator, the corresponding measures of safety protection of the elevator are particularly significant. A good protective measure will properly remind or protect the passengers straying into the dangerous area and improve the safety coefficient of the elevator. The gap between the elevator car door ground and the landing ground is a blind spot for the passengers, and there is a risk of tripping and wrestling. This paper uses the cellular automata theory to establish a detailed one-way two-lane vehicle mmWave communication network model. Then the beam resource allocation optimization problem is decomposed into two sub-problems: sub-network division and resource allocation in sub-networks. Inspired by the spectral clustering algorithm, this paper focuses on the characteristics of the V2I network and transforms the problem of resource allocation into a problem of graph division. Using a graph-based spectral clustering algorithm, the decomposition of sub-networks is relized. Compared with other biometrics, facial features are stable, simple, intuitive, friendly, non-intrusive, and easily accepted by people. Therefore, facial gender recognition technologies have been successfully applied to many commercial fields. However, the current gender recognition methods still have shortcomings such as low recognition rate and easily affected by surroundings. For this reason, a gender recognition method based on BP neural network is proposed. Firstly, this paper preprocesses the face images, extracts feature of face images, designs a BP neural network and uses the feature parameters to train BP neural network. Afterwards, a classifier based on the face image is obtained. Motivated by recent work of application of sentence-pair classification task into ABSA, this article discusses how to further fine-tune the pre-trained Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model and obtain the results on SentiHood dataset. In a contrast to the previous work, this article considers that the sentiment analysis has relations to every single word in each sentence and shows the process of modifying the forward network in BERT to create self-attention between words. Aiming at the tracking problem of dynamic targets, a state transition matrix is proposed to realize the tracking of dynamic targets; for the obstacle avoidance problem of dynamic obstacles, the state change of the UAV is used to define the amount of state change to achieve dynamic obstacle avoidance; using state superposition, to achieve obstacle avoidance and tracking of dynamic targets in complex environments. In response to this problem, this article will propose a new adaptive learning model for information literacy education, which can customize the perception of citizens’ literacy level, formulate targeted and reasonable education and training programs, and improve citizens’ information literacy education. Firstly, This research design the overall framework of the adaptive model, including citizens’ literacy level, cognitive level, and preference information; secondly, quantify the citizens’ preferences and current literacy level, so that the system established by the adaptive model can better identify learners’ characteristics, And use this as the basis for recommending programs for improving citizens’ literacy. After calculating and analyzing the polynomial function, non-polynomial function, and selecting different initial points for these two functions, research found that for simple polynomial functions, exponential functions, and even complex functions combined with the two Choosing any variable-scale matrix algorithm can quickly calculate the result, and it is basically not affected by the initial point selection. In the process of solving the “banana function” in the polynomial function, the DFP algorithm is optimal in terms of the number of iterations and the calculation time. Although the BFGS algorithm has better numerical stability, it is better for the “banana function” The calculation time is relatively long, and there are many iterations. When studying the logarithmic function, this article found that the performance of the “banana function” is not good, but the calculation performance of the BFGS(2) algorithm is the best.
