However, due to inclement weather and equipment damage, there are often data missing during the collection of traffic data, which severely restricts smart transportation construction progress. Therefore, traffic data recovery has become an urgent problem in the field of intelligent transportation. Aiming at the problem that the recovery accuracy of existing traffic data recovery methods declines sharply under extreme missing conditions, this paper proposes a traffic data recovery model based on tensor filling and tensor matrix association analysis. In this paper, a Collaborative Gaussian mixture model for background subtraction is proposed. In which, each pixel was modeled by a background Gaussian mixture model or a foreground Gaussian mixture model. The foreground Gaussian mixture model is respond for pixel value statistics and prepare new background model for the background Gaussian mixture model. The background Gaussian mixture model implement the background Gaussian models update procedure. Furthermore, A periodic control parameter and new parameter update method are proposed to improve the robustness of the algorithm. Evaluation results based on the Cdnet 2012 database are presented in this paper. Firstly, the potential field function model is reconstructed; secondly, the pose threshold gain is introduced to overcome the linear interference; finally, the simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize, and the escape local minimum module is designed to obtain the global optimal solution iteratively, so as to ensure the robot to reach the target quickly and stably.
