Dahlan, Baharuddin Semmaila, Mahfudnurnajamuddin","doi":"10.52103/JMS.V2I1.420","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52103/JMS.V2I1.420","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan daripada studi ini adalah Apakah kehandalan, ketanggapan, empati, pelayanan, jaminan, dan tampilan fisik administrasi kepesertaan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan peserta di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Metode analisis studi menggunakan regresi linear berganda, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan pada 264 responden. Hasil studi menyatakan bahwa Variabel kehandalan berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, artinya semakin baik kehandalan maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan peserta secara signifikan terhadap pelayanan administrasi di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Variabel ketanggapan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, artinya semakin baik ketanggapan maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan peserta terhadap pelayanan administrasi di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Variabel empati berpengaruh positif namun kurang signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, artinya aspek empati belum mampu meningkatkan secara signifikan kepuasan peserta di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Variabel jaminan berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, artinya semakin baik jaminan maka akan meningkatkan secara signifikan kepuasan peserta terhadap pelayanan administrasi di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Sampling as a whole because all members of the population used as a sample of the number of small population, so the number of samples equal to the total population of 56 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires, and documentation. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan mengamati dengan mengunjungi metode analisis data Pusat Informasi Pasar Modal (PIPM) menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial, variabel profitabilitas dan peluang pertumbuhan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. \u0000This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, growth opportunities and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data in this study were obtained from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This study uses secondary data by observing by visiting the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM) data analysis method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Selanjutnya, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan berkunjung di kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif di mana lokasi di Benteng Rotterdam dan Pantai Losari, di Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) kegiatan promosi kurang mampu menarik minat wisatawan berkunjung sehingga (2) tidak mampu mendatangkan dan meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan secara signifikan dan (3) secara berurutan paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan adalah produk, distribusi (tempat / titik), harga, dan promosi (5) dan yang paling memberikan dampak paling besar adalah produk sebagai variabel X1. \u0000This study aims to find out how to be able to bring the city of Makassar and its significant increase in the number of visitors or tourists. Furthermore, to discover what factors are able to influence decisions visiting tourists in the city of Makassar. The method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative where the location on Fort Rotterdam and Losari Beach, in Makassar.
