摘要
本研究的问题是文化、组织和胜任力是否对员工绩效有正向影响和显著性影响,哪些变量对员工绩效有主导影响(p. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep)为了回答这些问题,我们使用了描述性分析、定量分析和多元回归分析。从统计检验的分析来看,文化组织和胜任力对庞克普公司员工绩效有正向显著的影响。从回归检验的结果来看,对员工绩效和胜任力有正向显著影响的变量,即文化组织。同时,另一个对员工绩效具有变量主导影响的案例是文化组织,这是因为组织文化的回归系数值和t-count大于变量胜任力。
