Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur Sub Sektor Industri Semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pengamatan selama 8 tahun sejumlah 6 perusahaan. Sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diuji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Curent Ratio (CR) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba dan Return on Equity (ROE) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with the random sampling method. And then, the data that we collect is processed using the regression analissis. The result of the research shows that all of the variable that have been studied simultaneously have significant effect to the employee’s performance in the Department of Public Work in city of Makassar.
