摘要

本研究的目的是:(1)了解动机、工作环境和工作精神是否对望加锡市公共工作部门员工的绩效有影响。(2)了解哪一个变量对望加锡市公共工作部门员工的绩效影响最大。本研究由望加锡市公共工作部门进行。本研究的研究对象为望加锡市公共工作部门的80名雇员。本研究采用随机抽样的描述性定性方法。然后,我们收集的数据使用回归分析进行处理。研究结果表明,所研究的所有变量同时对望加锡市公共工作部门员工的绩效有显著的影响。动机变量的影响最为显著
