Result of this research indicate that pursuant to result of processing of regresi liner of above showing fourth of variable that is education, training of discipline and compensation, having an effect on positive to labour capacity common public hospital officer of Salewangang of Regency Maros. Abstract

The aims of this research are : (1) to analyse the influence of education variable to make-up of labour capacity of officer at home public pain ofsalewangang of regency Maros. (2) to analyse the influence of training variable to make-up of labour capacity at home common public pain ofsalewangang of regency Maros. 教育、培训、纪律和赔偿对Maros区萨勒旺总医院工作表现的影响
本研究的目的是:(1)分析教育变量对马洛斯摄政时期驻国公务员劳动能力构成的影响。(2)分析培训变量对摄政马洛斯市普通公共劳动力劳动力构成的影响。(3)分析学科变量对摄政时期马洛斯市普通公共劳动力构成的影响。(4)分析了薪酬变量对摄政时期马洛斯市普通公共劳动力构成的影响。研究采用观察法、问卷法、访谈法和调查法,通过选取66名被调查者作为样本进行。蒙古纳坎的描述性分析和统计分析采用双回归线性分析。本研究结果表明,根据上述回归线性处理的结果,第四个变量是教育、学科培训和薪酬,对马洛斯县萨勒旺岗普通公立医院官员的劳动能力有正向影响。而对军官劳动能力影响最主要的是纪律。建议由一个以上的变量被同时关注和持续关注,从而使其纪律增加,并最终对劳动能力官的构成产生重大影响。
