With the methodology of factor analysis and cluster analysis, this article selected 10 key financial indicators of listed companies as evaluation system, according to the actual situation of the industry and the principle of selecting indicators, and then made a comprehensive analysis based on 21 listed companies in the Coal mining industry of China to disclose all the data for the annual report in 2008.The research got the performance scores, ranking of listed companies and clustering view. The result reveals the relative competitive advantage of enterprises, and provides more objective support for decision makers. Because personnel who wear the system or the object monitored is always moving, the technology of motion detection and target contour extraction used in the wearable video system are studied. First, the frequently-used algorithms for motion detection are studied, including frame difference method and background subtraction method, and an algorithm composing of those methods for motion detection is proposed. The principle using traditional snake model to extract contour is analyzed. The result of motion detection is used to auto initialize the contour of target band, and B-spline Snake model is used to extract the contour of moving object. In order to get a higher precision result of displacement after twice integration, samples are imposed a series of filtering and amendments on the basisi of the application. While de-noising the noise inducted by the accelerometer infrastructure, a dynamic adjustment mechanism is introduced to adust the filter parameters. That makes the stillness detection algorithm more effective. To research performance verify of the high speed centrifugal compressor between the different conditions with the different casing treatments and with untreated smooth wall. The time accurate 3-dimentional numerical simulations are performed in a high speed centrifugal compressor with the different casing treatments. The different tip flow topologies of blades and the variety of the secondary flow vortex are detailed analyses between these two casing treatments configurations. In the current mobile networks, handover optimisation is done manually on a long timescale. In this paper, we introduce inter-NodeB coordination system and the parameters of user behavior and history data to optimise handover. First, we collect the data of user behavior, analyze the data and find the regular pattern with the help of history data. Then, signals are sent out to inform the eNodeBs along the regular path, so the eNodeBs along the regular path can make the handover preparation previously. When the user is coming, the mobile-phone can be switched to another cell quickly. If the user deviates from the regular path, the handover procedure is handled as traditional. We can use the history data to amend the handover process and make user return to the regular path. This paper proposes a new realization of null convention logic unit based on semi-static threshold gates. Through adding a cutoff transistor into the pull-up path, the leakage current can be greatly decreased, which can resolve the issue of leakage current increment in deep submicron technology. Comparisons are made on delay, area, power consumption as well as working speed with the conventional logic units. One bit asynchronous adder and basic gates are realized based on the proposed null convention logic unit and comparisons are made on performance and power consumption. Results have shown that the new null convention logic unit has significant decrements in dynamic and static power consumption. Dynamic power consumption of TH33 gate has decreased by 13.6%, and 72.9% to the static power consumption.
