Conventional mathematical programming techniques are inadequate and insufficient to the optimal operation of power systems due to the inherent complexity. A solution to reactive power optimization of power system via an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented. In order to increasing the amount of particles’ available information and the diversity of particles, the third extremely value is added to the optimal operation of power systems on the understanding of the differences of evolutionary; In the process of evolution, the selection factor of genetic algorithm is introduced, and improves the optimization of the characteristics of PSO. In this paper, we first use the cloud model to dynamically divide attribute value to overcome the shortcoming that the concept was partitioned by experience, and then explore the application of cloud models in mining association rules from credit card database by the improved Apriori algorithm. The result of experiment shows that the method is effective and flexible in holding uncertainties. This article mentioned an integral projection algorithm basing on narrowing region, and this algorithm can focus face characters from video picture sequence, so it supplies precision guarantee for face pose estimate. It is required to reduce the network delay and excessive energy consumption, which are caused by network code in wearable WSNs. A fast random linear mechanism of network coding based on nodes collaboration is introduced. Energy consumption of nodes is reduced by transmitting the initial code of the node, and transmitting linear independent packets received merely. After gathering node coding, ACK return along the best path to reduce the network delay. Our design supports all the popular video compression standards, e.g. MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, AVS, RealVideo. Benefit from its low power, the design is especially suitable for wearable multimedia applications. Simulation results show that the whole design takes an area of 1.04mm2, under a 0.13um CMOS technology. EEDCP-TB constructs data collection tree through the method of flooding avoidance and use the cascading timing scheme to allocate aggregation time in order to save node's energy; further more, this protocol introduce the node energy state parameter to meet energy balance to a certain extent when we choose forwarding nodes. The comparable perfect drive and protection features of driver module M57959L enable it has already been widespread used. Some brief analysis of the module and its working principle characteristics are brought forward at the beginning of this paper. Then several improvements of IGBT drive circuit are put forward based on the analysis of its merits and deficiencies. In the end, the experimental figures have proven the rationality and the validity of this optimization program: it not only improves the drive capability of M57959L, but also enhances its anti-jamming ability.
