Then several improvements of IGBT drive circuit are put forward based on the analysis of its merits and deficiencies. In the end, the experimental figures have proven the rationality and the validity of this optimization program: it not only improves the drive capability of M57959L, but also enhances its anti-jamming ability. 摘要
