It is noted that governments around the world regulate economic, social and political activities to control or influence the relevant pro-cesses, so the development of regulations and their application reflects the endless struggle between political and non-political interests. It is determined that regulation affects economic models, thus affecting the distribution of income and wealth. State regulation has some influence on the redistributive potential of regulation, and only the state, concentrating both publicand private resources in its hands, can solve global economic problems.The organizational and economic activity of the state and the process of making managerial decisions in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine are given, where it is noted that the current government policy is inefficient use of resources, weakens competition.Methods of state support and tools for managing and regulating the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine are highlighted and it is determined that the implementation of state support for the development of agro-industrial complex should be carried out within state, regional and sectoral targeted programs.The need for prompt and impartial application of tools to influence the development of the agricultural sector and agro-political decision-making is justified. The strategy of development of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine is offered, where the tasks and actions which need to be executed in short-term or medium-term perspective are defined. All tasks and activities are divided into six areas (levels), which have a corresponding goal, namely: reforms, infrastructure, energy, production, agriculture, legislation. Solving certain tasks can provide a positive result.","PeriodicalId":353405,"journal":{"name":"Problems and prospects of economics and management","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116539747","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The native scientific literature substantiates the theoretical bases of the tourist infrastructure development and describes the features of its development in some regions (Volyn and Lviv). However, each region has its own specific problems to address. That’s why we consider this study appropriate and relevant. The research objective is to conduct a SWOT-analysis of tourist infrastructure of Chernihiv region, to identify promising strategic directions for its development, tocarry out of the complex analysis of tourist infrastructure development financing in the region and to estimate of budgetary allocations expediency and efficiency. Also it’s identification of important areas of development funding. SWOT analysis of the tourist infrastructure of Chernihiv region revealed many strengths and weaknesses. Comparing them with opportunities and threats revealed possible strategic directions for further development of tourism infrastructure in the region. Comparison of planned and actual volumes and directions of financing of tourist infrastructure made it possible to determine their sufficiency and expediency. Thus, the areas taken care by the Tourism Development Programs of the Chernihiv region are chosen quite logically. But the amount of funding for the measures identified by the program is not sufficient to raise the level of tourist infrastructure development in Chernihiv region to a qualitatively new level. Some important areas in the development of tourist infrastructure in Chernihiv region had been left out, in particular the development of authentic food and accommodation; creation of theme parks and theme zones in the region; encouragement and support of initiatives aimed at creating original and interesting objects of tourist infrastructure; introduction of the certificate and the sign \"Chernihiv (or any city) recommends\", etc.","PeriodicalId":353405,"journal":{"name":"Problems and prospects of economics and management","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126864312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The overall indicator of the share of overdue loans shows a sharp increase. The majority of banks and other financial and credit institutions of various forms of ownership arefaced with problems of non-return of a large share of assets, and are forced to form reserves in a short period of time, which directly affects stabil-ity and their position in the credit market. That is why government regulation of the credit market in the conditions of martial law is extremely relevant today.The purpose of this study is to determine the essence of government regulation of the credit market under martial law, identify the main factors, problems and prospects for the development of credit relations between market participants and attract additional resources to restore transparency in the reflection of their financial status.In the course of the study, the basics of government regulation of the credit market in the condi-tions of martial law are considered. Its specificity is explained not only by the fact that the interests of employer and employee are intertwined, working conditions, employment and wages are formed, but also by the fact that the labor market is a generalized indicator of a wide range of socio-economic phenomena and social development processes. The purpose of this article is to study the genesis of the essence of the labor market. Since economic categories are historical in nature, their essence and interpretation is determined by the socio-historical conditions of a certain stage of human development, it is important to understand what meaning representatives of leading economic schools saw in the labor market. It is important to reveal this content through the prism of the dominant socio-economic ideas of the period and in the context of the basic concepts of the relevant economic schools and areas. Studing the genesis of scientific thought about the essence of the labor market allows to form a comprehensive multidimensional understanding of this concept and its features in today's changing world. The essence, functions, conditions of the labor market formation and functionation are marked by significant controversy, es-pecially in historical retrospect. Therefore, the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the functioning of the modern labor market requires studying the genesis of formation of scientific thought about its content. V.N. Tarasevich says: “To show the genesis of category means, firstly, to determine its genetic basis, origin, sources; secondly, to highlight the stages of its movement, the levels that characterize the process of its deployment from the essence to increasingly specific forms”. A review of the genesis of the essence of the category \"labor market\" in the main economic schools found that it is a dynamic socioeconomic system, which in historical development undergoes significant changes, evolves, and therefore its development is reflected in changing approaches to definition.","PeriodicalId":353405,"journal":{"name":"Problems and prospects of economics and management","volume":"105 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133451395","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
