By making reservation based on mobile users’ location information and handover probability, APRS controls the extent of priority placed on handover requests and reduces blocking probability for new connections. APRS also adjusts its reservation according to current network condition, and thus works well in the non-uniform traffic pattern. We structured our review around questions likely to be of interest to scholars and policymakers. The paper started with a review of the literature on Baumol’s model that was one of the principle theories on service economy. It proceeded with a presentation of the determinants of the rising employment share in services relative to manufacturing industries. The paper then reviewed the theoretical literature on the agglomeration of service sectors. In this paper we focused on the link between deregulation of services and the performance of the manufacturing sector and economic growth. In this model, system optimization and user optimization are considered together, cost of road users is minimized as the objective function, and the benefit of road builders and external benefit are treated as the constraint requirements. Confronting such a complex problem, genetic algorithm is induced to solve the constructed model and a case example validates its effectiveness and feasibility of real use. The maximum rated load of SPC90 Slag pot Carrier is 90 ton, which can cooperate with many kinds of bridge machine for the railway passenger transport special line to complete the corresponding works, and is the key equipment of steel slag handing production line, which can loading, transport and unloading the steel slag. The operation of drive, steering, braking, and working devices are driven by electro hydraulic proportional control system, which can increase the reliability and interoperability of slag pot carrier, and is easy to realize power matching and energy saving. The hydrodynamic transmission system is adopted for drive, through the combination of the electro-hydraulic power shift control system and three-phase converter, have resolved frequent load changes in driving and the matching of engine. Steering system is electro-hydraulic power steering, which can provide the right road feel to the driver and the solution for the realization of unmanned systems. The wet disc brake system based on electro-hydraulic control system is used, and can increased brake performance and reliability. The close-type load-sensing hydraulic system is used for working device, which improves the composite performance, so that the speed of the luffing and dumping can be controlled in real-time. In this foundation, CAN bus is developed in the electronic control system, and the questions of mechanical drive and control system information integration and disperser control have been solved. The outlying reduction problem is due to the search of power graph. This paper utilizes the pruning strategy on the basis of the power graph expansion, which greatly reduces the storage and computation and improves the algorithm performance. This method can explain and analyze outliers in a smallest outlying subspace which contains the most outliers. Therefore, it is an important consideration in the design of tube hydroforming process. In the present study, a mathematical model for calculating the normal pressure between the tube and the die in the guiding zone is proposed. It is shown that the normal pressure is determined by the Poisson’s ratio of the material, the ratio of the outer diameter to the inner diameter and the internal pressure. Simulations and experiments of free forming are performed.
