Firstly, the images captured by the camera are transformed into a format which is suitable for object tracking. Secondly, background subtraction method is used to detect the moving object. Then the OSC feature is represented by dividing the detected object into several strips and integrating the mean hue of each strip into a one-dimensional vector. Finally, the detected object is tracked by matching the OSC features using correlation coefficient criteria. Since the OSC feature includes both color and spatial distribution information of the detected object, the proposed method is more reliable than traditional color-based tracking algorithms. Furthermore, the OSC feature, which is a one-dimensional vector, is so simple that can satisfy the real-time requirement in video surveillance easily. We studied product design process and variational design technique, then proposed three kinds of methods to actualize variational design, which achieved variational design in 3D parts, model assembly and 2D engineering drawings. At last, a rapid design platform for mechanical product which integrated design knowledge of drum was established. Aspect-Oriented Modeling based on Behavior Context (AOMBC) is a new approach for Aspect-Oriented Software Development (AOSD). With AOMBC, the developer could model the system actions symmetrically. To collaborate with other behavior nodes, behavior context is been using to describe their relationships. With the behavior context, the equitable behavior nodes are asymmetric warped to core-behavior or crosscutting-behavior and weaved together. And the function of route selection based on the improved Floyd algorithm is realized by simulation. In the algorithm, firstly, the various nodes will be compared and the nodes that have nothing to do with the results are removed, and the iteration matrix and the serial number matrix for computing shortest path the were constructed. Experimental results showed that the computational complexity of the improved Floyd algorithm was reduced by half compared with the original algorithm. We present an improved Mean Shift tracking algorithm in this paper. Our approach employs the information of gray spatial texture which is used to characterize the object in matching models calculation. Thus, the proposed algorithm can recognize the real target from a complicated background. But the use of the wind renewable energy to generate electric power is still on a small scale, because of the large upfront investment and lower internal rate of return. In this paper, the project of wind farm is used as a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) case to reveal the mitigation cost per unit CO2. This investigation is based on baseline and incremental cost analysis. The case study has been made with capacity of 30MW wind power project. It is shown that development of wind farm is feasible in the eastern coast of China. The establishment and operation of the proposed project activity will promote the wind farm technology and utilization. With the development of field bus technology, field bus technology is widely used in data recorder. This paper introduces a kind of data acquisition and storage based on field bus. Its core design is C8051F040 microprocessor and SJA1000, a widely used field bus controller. This paper presents the basic constitution of this field bus data recorder and set forth its hardware and software. This field bus data recorder field bus real-time gathers the information and storage data on the CF card. Presently, the lightning protection measures of high voltage system are perfect, while the secondary system mainly consists of plenty of electronic, micro-electronic, etc LV devices, which make the withstanding voltage standard fairly low. With the smart grid presentation, there will be more new information technology and more LV devices will be used in substations, so higher demand on reliability of lightning protection is put forward.
