The establishment and operation of the proposed project activity will promote the wind farm technology and utilization. Abstract

Eastern China has a vast land area with a long coastline, presenting a possible wind resource. But the use of the wind renewable energy to generate electric power is still on a small scale, because of the large upfront investment and lower internal rate of return.
