It points to the most convenient and efficient form of collecting the necessary data using drones. Specific drone characteristics are recorded/discussed in order to facilitate selecting the right one according to the farmers' heterogeneous requirements regarding the data collection on their crops. Packet headers provide indicts for networking equipment on what must be done and in the case of real-time persistent routed sessions, these are a concise guideline on how to tune each parameter. Real-time sessions are transmitted with connection oriented protocols and need a constant communication process. Therefore, in order to provide such an ability we designed a fault tolerant algorithm and with this work, it's applicability is presented with the information fields of packet headers. An assessment of the past is presented, discussing the profound technological changes that have taken place during the last 2 decades, especially the changes observed in manufacturing industries. The emerging paradigms of big data and cyber physical systems (CPS), supported by new disruptive advances both on software and hardware side, as well as the cross-fertilization of concepts and the amalgamation of information, communication and control technology driven approaches are pointed out to. The role of deep learning in big data and CPS is discussed. This is followed by a look at the evolution of the manufacturing paradigms, with particular emphasis on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, one of the aims of which is to introduce higher levels of machine IQ in devices. The system parameters' relationships are determined using similar factors: the overall economic situation, the organization of the education system, the financial support of the state, and others. But still, the effectiveness of the systems is different. The aim of this research is to explore the correlations of the factors in the education systems, furthermore, to model its functionality and examine the effectiveness of various education systems. A possible method for these examinations is the fuzzy cognitive map technology, since it provides an opportunity for the qualitative description of the relationships and parameters. The first experimental group of this study is taken from the Serbian education system. The first task was to collect the data set and the basic statistical processing of the collected data. Then the authors started with the construction of the basic rules of inference, based on the experts' knowledge about the correlations between the system parameters. The Mamdani type inference system was constructed, using statistical analysis of the parameters to determine the membership functions. Summarizing the observations from the previous model and based on statistical correlations of the system parameters, the authors then constructed a static cognitive map, which was tested with various scenarios. This cognitive map form the basis for further investigation and the trained fuzzy cognitive map construction. The tools implemented here are presented in the second section of the paper, while the third section describes the realization of the model. The three-loop technique is based on Extended Kalman Filters. From them EKF1 solve the quaternion based orientation (attitude) estimation using IMU and magnetometer. EKF2 improves the attitude estimation if GPS information is present. The third filter EKF3 determines the remaining state variables including the biases in an external loop if GPS measurement is available and tolerates the large difference between IMU and GPS frequencies. The method can be applied for state estimation of any type of vehicles. It is especially useful for vehicles having large (2–3 G) acceleration changes typical for UAVs. Physicians prefer thin peaks in the frequency space, which can be usually achieved by windowing and wavelet analysis. In a bio-inspirited way, the human brain can determine an object from the area of the region enclosed by the curve of a function. In this paper a higher process level is demostrated where a graph-based feature extraction algorithms is used on the Auto Power Spectrum Density (APSD) function of an acoustical signal. There are three main approaches to calculate the Medial Axis of this binary object: thinning, distance-based skeletonization and Voronoi skeletonization. We found that the latter one serves best our purpose, because it uses the least points to generate a tree graph. In that course the students are developing applications for mobile devices.
