The aging of population in Nepal is growing in acceleration comparing to other segments of human population. As population transition shifts to the aging, it brings changes in social pattern, social structure and social relations. This article brings into discussion about various aspects of socio-economic status of aging people in Nepal, based on outer circle of Kathmandu city. Socio-economic status of aging people is more or less associated with the socio-economic status of family itself and, of course, of a country. Aging is not only associated with age, but also intermingled with various socio-economic factors of different arena of a society. Researches on concerned field has explored that increase of aging population pose challenges to family, society and nation. Moreover, aging people are at the risk because of individual, behavioral and surrounding factors that include level of education, past and present occupation, level of income, youth migration, accessible infrastructure, provisions of social security and many more that is discussed in the following lines. Such and other factors contribute for health risks in aging. Charles Marlow’s observation and analysis of the citizens of Congo are based on prejudiced viewpoints and pre-defined white archetypes. The chief motive of the Belgians was to justify the native as ferocious and collect the ivory from Congo. Natives did not recognize the worth of tusk while the white men ship it to Europe to brand ornamental articles. This representation of the Congolese annihilates the identity of the native, depicting them as barbaric to accomplish their trade motive. Marlow’s narrative attempts to commodify the natives and display the white people as the embodiment of civilization. Human beings treat non-human behavior to the inhabitant in the designation of civilization. The narrator’s perspective is instrumental to the authorial voice in abolishing the human identity of the people of Congo. His white racial lens constructs the nature and character of the citizens. The general world of the white as represented by Marlow delivers the people of Congo a forceful encyclopaedia of education and civilization. Then develops cultural dominance comprising reason, intelligence, and wisdom. The forceful negation demolishes the real identity of the natives and hence creates a racial verdict. The firm outlook of the white Europeans displays the vivacious demarcation for exploitation. Hence, the text establishes a world of hierarchy among the people living in the same geographical location. The depiction of predisposed attitude and deficit positioning for ivory trading thrashes natives. Their early deaths moved the audiences that they have pity on the royal couple. It is the nature of audiences that they want the happy ending but there are very few people who have happy ending. Most people face the sufferings, a kind of tragedy. Only death is not a tragedy, facing different hardships is also a tragedy. Some sufferings can be much more torturous than the death. Death is one time death but suffering is hundred times death. The findings of the study show that the audiences entertain tragic story more than the happy story because tragic story is more didactic and philosophic as well as lesson oriented. And nobody can escape the ill fate. So, this paper employs Aristotle’s theory of pity and fear to analyze this Ghãtu site. In Ghãtu, the tragic flaw is not because of king’s arrogance or mistakes but because of his ill fate. His opponents suddenly attacked him. When he was slain on the battle field, this affected his queen and she immolated. This Ghãtu story is about how people become the victims of ill fates. The innocent people are victimized and punished. The audiences become aware of others mistakes as they have pity and fear. They do not want to fall into the vault of misfortunes although it is not avoidable. The credit portfolio management (CPM) has become most crucial functions of the Nepalese MFIs for sound loan portfolio quality. This study is based on descriptive research design. Several findings are made through the review of the literature that is parallel to achieving the objectives of the study. MFIs are financial intermediaries (\"banks\") that have a direct impact on economic and social transformation, such as job creation, income generation, social change, and poverty alleviation via financial and non-financial activities. The findings show that a credit appraisal system, scientific interest rate, credit monitoring, loan portfolio diversification system, capital optimization, risk framework development, regulatory management, credit control, credit advisory, and credit research, have reduced credit risk and ensured high-performing loans and financial sustainability. The study recommends that MFI’s portfolio management strategies focus more on the internal causes of delinquency which they have more control over and seek practical and achievable solutions to reimbursement delinquency problems. The study's findings will be useful to BFIs, institutional lenders, microfinance experts, regulators, economists, policymakers, and institutional credit rating agencies. It is supposed to enforce law and order in its territory, and ensure equality, liberty and fraternity in society. It provides citizenship certificate to its people by which an individual becomes a formal citizen of a nation. The citizenship certificate is often equated with national identity, which grants people certain rights and privileges. One can choose a partner, cast a vote, start a job, take the bank-loan, run a business, get into the share-market, or travel around the world alone only after receiving the maturity-license. In other words, the obtaining of a citizenship certificate bestows a person with a sense of triumph and liberation. Looking at the increased mobility of people from one place to another after being dissatisfied with the previous state of ‘citizenship’ and being fond of achieving a new type of ‘citizenship’ indicates that the citizenship certificate fosters the human self. Besides, citizenship has a responsibility side, which expects huge responsibility from the citizens. The responsibility-side seems as if it has dived deep into the human-self, terrorized the individual subjectivity and socialized the citizens to be highly submissive to it. Looking at the gap between the opportunity- and threat-side of the citizenship debate, this article attempts to examine whether the citizenship certificate liberates human subjectivity. It measures the overall discipline of the students. In Nepal, different universities are run by the government as well as private sectors. Regular attendance is not maintained by the students because of different factors. The objectives is to investigate causes of irregularity and analyze its effects on the student’s overall academic performance are two main objectives of this study. Quantitative research design and Semi-structured questionnaire was considered in this research. A probability sampling design (Stratified Random Sampling) was used to select 150 units from the T.U constituent campuses and T.U. affiliated private (3/10) campuses located in the Kathmandu Valley. The finding of the study is different factors like employment, marital status, age, nature of subjects, and effective lecture are the key factors to make students irregular in college. Regularity and academic performance were highly correlated. Students who were regularly on campus had very good academic performance otherwise bad academic performance. Pearson’s coefficient of correlation was +0.873, Regression coefficient byx=0.873 Value of R2=0.761. The conclusion of the study is irregularity rate in the MBS level of T.U. is very high, and academic performance and regularity in the class are highly correlated, if regularity is maintained then it caused very good academic performance. Different factors caused the irregularity of the students on campus. Strict rules and regulations should be formulated to make students regular.
