For the networking of relay nodes, a clustering routing algorithm (LEACH-WGR-SSA) is proposed, which rotates the gateway of relay node network or the root node – Wireless gateway. Furthermore, Sparrow search algorithm is introduced to optimize the election of adjacent nodes and location information are considered for the election of Wireless gateway and cluster heads. Considering that a work which will be finished by command information system based on service-oriented architecture is composed of several jobs, the paper analyzes the work completion process in detail. Then, a method to measure the load on a service which is scheduled to participate in a work is designed. On that basis, a load balancing mathematical model for service scheduling is established and a model solving algorithm that is based on greedy strategy and has polynomial time is put forward. Project-driven experiment teaching focuses on a project, and the goal is the completion of the project; the student is the center of teaching activities, which is supported by the inquiry process. This study analyzes the significance of the project-driven method in experimental teaching. This paper describes the implementation process of experimental teaching in the field of energy and power engineering in terms of project design, teaching system construction and so on under the project-driven method. By analyzing the results of a questionnaire survey distributed to students of energy and power in the College of Mechanical Engineering at the Tianjin University of Technology, it is found that the students are satisfied with the effects of project-driven experimental teaching, and the use of experimental teaching has greatly aroused the students’ enthusiasm for learning. Improve the problems of Godard blind equalization algorithm under non-cooperative communication such as large steady-state error and weak convergence. A decision optimized blind equalization method based on modified constant modulus algorithm (MCMA) and variable step size direct decision least mean square (VSSDDLMS) algorithm is proposed. Use different functional modules to implement the MCMA and VSSDDLMS algorithms. The new algorithm combines the characteristics of MCMA algorithm stability and DDLMS algorithm with small steady-state errors, and introduces the autocorrelation estimation of the error function to control the step size update. Experimental results show that the constellation diagram of the new algorithm converges tightly and the steady-state error is small, the bit error rata is low. Firstly, the regularization sparsity constraint is introduced into the network loss function by using the prior information of ISAR image sparsity. The purpose is to improve the performance of the network to suppress false targets and reduce the image sidelobe. At the same time, the sparse feature extraction module composed of dilated convolution and standard convolution is helpful to obtain advanced semantic information, extract more context semantic features, and enhance the feature expression ability of the network, which helps to further improve the network's reconstruction quality of sparse ISAR images. Our proposed method has the advantages of high quality of reconstructed images compared with other traditional methods.
