Therefore, agricultural extension workers are required to play a role in maintaining the sustainability of young farmers' agribusiness. The research aims to analyze descriptively the role of agricultural extension workers and the sustainability of young farmers 'agribusiness, and analyze the influence of the role of agricultural extension workers, characteristics, entrepreneurial capacity and external factors on the sustainability of young farmers' agribusiness. The study was conducted in Majalengka, West Java. The population is young farmers. The sample was selected as many as 137 people using cluster random sampling techniques. The research variables consisted of the characteristics of young farmers, external support, the role of agricultural extension workers, entrepreneurial capacity and agribusiness sustainability. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression. The results of the study concluded that the level of the role of agricultural extension workers, external factors, entrepreneurial capacity and the potential for agribusiness sustainability of young farmers remained in the low category. The sustainability of young farmers' agribusiness is affected by access to information and communication technology (ICT), external factors, the role of agricultural extension workers and entrepreneurial capacity. Complete animal feed can be an agricultural business opportunity to provide added value from animal feed. Therefore it is necessary to conduct a business feasibility analysis in terms of the financial aspects of the business of complete animal feed, whose production uses mechanization. This study aims to determine the financial analysis of the complete animal feed business, which uses mechanization with a scale of livestock groups in Subang Regency. This research was conducted in Subang Regency from January to March 2019. The research method used in this study was by directly making complete animal feed products using mechanization tools and calculating the financial aspects of the business. Break Even Point is 1200 packs, Net Present Value is positive or greater than zero, Internal Rate of Return is greater than MARR value and actual interest rate, Production value is more than Rp. 100,000,000 or net value of more than Rp. 60,000,000, - / group / year, compared with the value of basic products with a production value of Rp. 22,000,000, - or the net income value is only Rp. 11,000,000 / year. The 2.5 year payback period does not exceed the planned business period. B/C Ratio 1.3 whose value is greater than 1. So that from a financial standpoint a complete animal feed business that uses tools or mechanization is feasible to run. This study aims to analyze descriptively the participation of farmers in extension activities and adoption of rice fertilization and analyze the factors associated with farmer participation in extension activities and adoption of rice paddy fertilization. The study was conducted in Kersamanah, Garut. The sample of the study was 87 rice farmers taken by Cluster Random Sampling technique. Independent variables include the characteristics of farmers, extension activities and farmer participation in extension activities and the dependent variable is the adoption of rice fertilization. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Rank Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed that farmer participation in extension activities was classified as low. The adoption of farmers includes a high level of knowledge, the attitude of farmers is moderate and the skills of farmers are classified as moderate. Factors related to farmer participation in extension activities are land area, family dependents and extension activities. Factors related to farmers' knowledge are the length of farming and land area. The attitude of farmers is related to extension activities and farmer participation in extension activities. One of the hydroponic vegetables business actor in South Tangerang City is Hydroponic Koe Garden CV Kelapa Agro Lestari which focuses commodity of oriental vegetables with hydroponic method (Nutrient Film Technique) and without shade of greenhouse in hydroponic cultivation process. The aim of this research are analyzing the profit obtained from oriental vegetables farming and measuring the efficiency level of oriental vegetables farming with NFT hydroponic system without greenhouse shade based on R/C ratio on Hydroponic Koe Garden in Cipayung Village, South Tangerang City, Banten Province. This research was conducted from May to July 2018. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. Data analysis method used in this research is the cost structure analysis, profit and efficiency analysis of farming based on R/C ratio. The results of the research showed that although Hydroponic Koe Garden CV Kelapa Agro Lestari producing the same types of vegetables with conventional vegetables such as water spinach, caysim and pakcoy, the business remain profitable and efficient. Based on R/C ratio analysis of hydroponic oriental vegetables in Hydroponic Koe Garden are efficient to run (R/C ratio > 1). The R/C rasio for water spinach, caysim and pakcoy commodity are1,17, 1,07 and 1,22 respectively. This study aims to determine what strategies are used to maintain its business and see if the presence of home industry shoes is able to empower the surrounding community. Through the process of interviewing and observation, it can be seen that the strategy of business sustainability using assets nirwujud sustainable business. The results showed that the strategy undertaken by shoe home industry owned by Mr. Haryono able to survive until now by applying the strategy of micro and mezzo aras. As well as the stages of empowerment as well as through the Business Sustainability Indicators where the business sustainability index is divided into three parts namely, (1) the index of business sustainability on the ecological dimension, (2) the index of business sustainability on the economic dimension and, (3) the index of business sustainability on the social dimension. The breeders were plasma breeders with proprietary cages in capacity of 15,000 to 70,000 chickens. Under these conditions, it was important for all owners of the cage as the plasma to be able to manage the availability of feed and other livestock production to prevent any delay in feeding and make sure provision of the appropriate dosage of vitamins regularly as what was happened in independent breeders. Therefore, the competence of independent farmers in managing livestock business, and the factors associated with the level of farmers competence were described in descriptive analysis and analysed by statistical test of Spearman’s Rank. Noted that the farmers in this study were in the productive age where the majority were high school graduated, owned cages with area of 1000-1500 m 2 , while the role of extensions were quite well. The level of competence of broiler breeders in Cibitung Kulon village was still not very good, and the factors related to the competence of livestock breeders in running the broiler enterprise include age, length of the business running and the area of cage. The study aimed to analyze descriptively the performance of farmer group strengthening, participation and motivation of farmer youth and analyze the influence of farmer group reinforcement on farmer's youth participation and motivation in agricultural business. Research has been carried out in Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. The study population was farmer youth as members of farmer groups who were targeted by partner villages. The next population became the respondents of the study as many as 60 people taken by census. The research variables consisted of individual characteristics (X 1 ), strengthening farmer groups (X 2 ), farmer youth participation (Y 1 ) and farmer youth motivation (Y 2 ). Statistical analysis used descriptive and regression statistical analysis. The results showed that the strengthening of partner farmer groups was at high criteria, participation and motivation of farmer youth was in the medium category. The participation of farmer youth is influenced by perceptions, access to ICT and strengthening farmer groups. The specific target to be achieved is to form a model of an effective and oriented CSR program for community development (short term and long term) that can be a guide / guide to the implementation of CSR of large industrial companies at the local and national level, and formulate a model for local economic development ideal, equitable, and empowering oriented on the basis of industrial CSR. Research is located in the Cilegon Industrial area and carried out using qualitative research methods. The research was conducted from June to September 2018. This research is quantitative research with survey techniques. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by stratified random sampling . By identifying areas and farmers have potential in rice farming and cattle breeding then selected Tamanmekar village, Tamansari village, and Medalsari village in the Pangkalan district base has the highest number of integrated farming according to data from the initial survey prior to the study. The total number of samples obtained was 107 samples of monoculture farmers and integrated respondents. The number of samples is further divided into the number of respondents of monocultural rice farmers (61 respondents) and integrated farmers (46 respondents). Data analysis uses an analysis of the share of food expenditure and t test to determine the impact of integrated agriculture on household food security. Overall the number of farmer household respondents with the category of food expenditure share <60% or food resistance as many as 69 respondents (64.49%), while the number of households with a share of expenditure ≥ 60% or food insecurity was 38 respondents (35.51%) . The test results of different test using t test showed p-value obtained at 0, 344. When compared with the significant level of 5%, the p-value is greater so it is concluded that it is not there is a difference between the share of agricultural expenditure in the group of monoculture farmers and integrated farmers.
