The theory used by researchers is the theory of the role of community workers, community empowerment, agro-tourism, organic agriculture, the environment, sustainable development, and the Logical Framework Approach. In this study, researchers wanted to see the role of the Lemah Duhur Adult Farmer Group, the results of their community empowerment, the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out community empowerment, and their relation to environmental development. The research method used by researchers is qualitative research. Then, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and document study. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews to obtain a comprehensive understanding and were supported by field observations and documents obtained. Regarding the results of the research, the Lemah Duhur Adult Farmer Group has an important role in community empowerment through the Ciharashas Organic Agro Edu-Tourism Village in Mulyaharja Village, South Bogor District. Based on its implementation, the Lemah Duhur Duhur Adult Farmer Group plays a role as facilitative roles, educational roles, representational roles, dan technical roles. The population in this study were lowland rice farmers who were in the research location. The research location was in three districts, namely Munjul, Sobang and Panimbang districts. The research design used qualitative and quantitative approaches involving 144 respondents representing three districts, the data collected were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews using questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observation and documentation study. The data consists of the characteristics of the respondent (ξ1); Technological innovation (ξ2); Extension activities (ξ3); Capacity (η1); and Family food safety (η2). The selection of respondents was carried out by proportional random sampling (proportionally random sampling) based on the research criteria. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the capacity of lowland rice farmers was in the medium category. The element that most influenced the capacity level was the respondent's characteristic of 0.81 (76.25 percent) through land tenure and farming experience. Meanwhile, extension activities only contributed 0.07 (2.3 percent) through indicators of extension methods and intensity. Meanwhile, technological innovation still has a negative effect on the capacity of farmers in increasing family food security. The absence of effective vaccines and drugs to ward off COVID-19 has increased interest in consuming medicinal plants. The trend of consuming medicinal plants during a pandemic cannot be separated from the role of the millennial generation. The millennial generation has more capabilities than the older generation in accessing and disseminating information. The problem is whether the millennial generation uses technology to support literacy about medicinal plants? How is the use of medicinal plants among the millennial generation? This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection through surveys. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The number of respondents involved was 90 people. The characteristics of the research respondents are population aged 20-43 years in 2020. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the level of literacy of the millennial generation towards medicinal plants is low. The level of literacy is inversely proportional to the quite high interest in consuming medicinal plants. Millennial generations tend to consume medicinal plants just because they follow the trend. The millennial generation is more affected by everything viral on social media. The willingness to find the truth of information is still low. Qualitative analysis is done through data collection methods in the form of interviews and questionnaires conducted on selected respondents with a purpossive sampling method. The result showed that the partnership system established between UPTD BPTPHP and rice seed breeding farmers in Banten Provnce was a plasma core partnership. The level of importance and satisfaction of farmers is measured using a Likert scale with four categories and is calculated using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Conformity analysis is done by comparing the total score of performance level with the total score of importance level. The value of partner farmer’s satisfaction with partnership performance is stated in letter X, while the level of importance (expectations) of farmers is stated in letter Y. The level of satisfaction of partner farmers is measured by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method that determines the level of overall satisfaction of partner farmers based on quality attributes measured services. Based on the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) it is known that the average value for the level of importance is 3,42. Attributes with importance are above the average of 8 attributes that are above the average of 8 attributes. The level of satisfaction obtained an average value of 2,97 with the number of attributes that are above the average of 8 attributes.
