The proposed modeling method presents increased flexibility in modifying and reusing existing models and is alleviating the difficulties related to mastering advanced mathematical mechanisms by providing improved visual feedback to the user. This data can be easily displayed using line graphs and, as such, can be manually checked by operators for anomalies. Manual reviews have some major disadvantages, since they are time consuming and error prone. In this paper, we describe our approach for automatically detecting outliers in metric data, which have some unique properties like high seasonality and extreme seasonal spikes. We use the \"Prophet\" library to create a model of the time series data, which is then automatically analyzed with our own distance formula for detecting anomalies in the time series data. A part of our metrics data have a propensity for extreme recurrent spikes, for example network usage during daily backups that is millions of times higher than the average. In the first articles we presented the main components of the platform and the way they integrate with each other to form a cohesive and heterogeneous system. A resources is a quantifiable source of value and represents the scope or object of any decision making process. The allocation, management and distribution of resources is the main reason why a good decision making process becomes the essential factor that determines the success of any person, corporation, institution or state. The difference between success and failure is given by the way we decide to spend our resources. For this reason one vital component for a good decision making platform or system is the resource management component. The resource management and logistics component we will describe uses the blockchain as a robust, transparent and distributed ledger. This paper presents the main issues we have identified in these two categories and discuss potential solutions at two levels - individual (instructor side) and institutional. More and more it becomes part of people life's through different applications that are used daily, such as stock exchange, news, social media, health-care. All these applications make use of Big Data technologies for storing and processing information. There have been developed numerous technologies for implementing Big Data requirements and it is interesting to follow their strengths and weaknesses, when to use one over another and how well they perform in different situations. In this paper, we compare two frameworks Apache Spark and Ignite that are used for data processing. We perform the comparison taking into consideration the following aspects: features, implementation, architecture, and performance metrics. In order to test the performance, we used two popular applications such as word count and k-means clustering. Initiated in the last century decade the importance of SHM is growing. In its early stages, the main purpose of SHM technique was to diagnose sensitive technical objects such as airplanes, bridges and high buildings. One of the main monitoring parameters in SHM dynamic tests is structural tension under external environmental loads. Equipping existing structures with analysis and diagnostic systems using traditional surveying technologies is expensive and time-consuming. A solution to this problem would be the use of less expensive new wireless-related technologies by means of \"smart\" sensors. Smart sensors are based on built-in microprocessors and wireless communications, which fundamentally change the way civilian infrastructure systems are monitored, controlled and maintained. The complete integration of these applications means, that a large amount of data will be transported from all human's activity domains. This process has to be done in a secure way, in order to not determine humans/institutions properties violations. Thus, security has a big impact on the data acquisition process. Two types of probe-fed microstrip patch antennas are studied using FEKO software to quantify its contributions in terms of surface wave reduction, which is expected to results in reduces the reflection coefficient and the backward radiation. The choice of the microstrip patch antenna is due to its design simplicity, ease of fabrication and integration of the SG element. Simulations indicated that this technique enabled the improvements of reflection coefficients up to -32.27, 25.52 and -28.02 dB operating in the band 5.56, 6.11 and 8.73 GHz respectively.
