Our goal is to build a real-time disaster response system. For recommending the configuration of UAVS and medical package and simplifying the solution process, we roughly determine the preliminary location of three container locations firstly. For designing the associated packing configuration for three ISO cargo containers we established Three-dimensional packing optimization model. We found that when three containers correspond to three separate locations, Container P1 serves the nearest two locations and loads 2691 Med1 and 1638 Med2 and a B UAV at the same time. Container P2 serves the two nearest demand points and needs to load 2042 med1, 1361 mED2 and 1361 med3 and a C-type UAV. Container Placement Point P3 serves the nearest demand point with 3618 med1 and a B UAV loaded simultaneously. One alternative that can be applied to enhance the performance of the Wi-Fi hotspot is unmanned aerial vehicles. In many situations where the distance between a base station and mobile subscribers is very long, it is sometimes difficult to attain good coverage by mobile users. To this end, UAVs can be applied to support the transmission of signals to these users. In this paper, we study the following UAV relay scenarios: fixed-gain amplify-and-forward (AF) relay co-operative, the theoretical path loss by Friss method, use of QPSK modulation and outage probability. The basic waveforms of the circuit are analyzed, design equations are derived and the element values are calculated. The characteristics such as output power capability, maximum operational frequency of the inverse class-E PA with series filter are revealed. A design example is given, and simulation is carried out to verify the proposed theoretical calculation. The simulation results of the PA agree well with the theoretical analysis, which achieves drain efficiency of 98.9%. In the existing algorithm, the decoration of target local performance is neglected, which severely deteriorates the algorithm efficiency. In this paper, we propose a hierarchy-induced coordinate descent algorithm, which focuses on the local decoration of the target function to solve the coverage and capacity optimization problems by obtaining the optimal antenna tilt and azimuth settings in cellular networks. Such algorithm alternatively executes the optimization step decision where the original complex constrained optimization problem is converted into a non-constrained simple one with the penalty term and the optimization variable selection that balances the influences of the hierarchy and the distance according to different system parameter settings. Among them, group delay has a great influence on high-precision navigation and positioning system. In the high-precision navigation receiver, in order to better evaluate the influence of group delay characteristics on the receiver, it is necessary to accurately measure the group delay characteristics of the receiver and fit it with high-precision. Based on the group delay characteristics of the receiver channel measured by the vector network analyzer, this paper proposes a fitting method which combines the piecewise fitting and the Fourier decomposition. This paper studies the problem of cooperative storage for mobile edge cloud under unstable communication conditions. Firstly, we model the energy consumption of the cooperative storage process. Secondly, an energy-efficient cooperative storage scheduling algorithm is designed to minimize storage energy consumption under unstable communication conditions. Finding a high-performance FEC coding scheme has a great influence on the performance of HARQ system. Therefore, a new HARQ scheme based on systematic polar codes is designed in this paper. Besides, convolutional coded HARQ scheme, LDPC coded HARQ scheme and Turbo coded HARQ scheme are also simulated in our work as a comparison. In the simulation results, we mainly discuss the following three performance metrics of HARQ system: throughput efficiency, average number of transmission and frame error rate (FER). The simulation results show that, in the low Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) regime, the throughput efficiency gap between the systematic polar coded HARQ scheme and the Turbo coded HARQ scheme is very small. More specifically, the proposed systematic polar coded HARQ scheme is only about 0.5dB away from the Turbo coded HARQ scheme in terms of the throughput efficiency. By the simulation of the average number of transmission, it shows that there is a slight gap between the systematic polar coded HARQ scheme and the Turbo coded HARQ scheme. Besides, as the SNR goes higher, the gap is getting smaller and smaller. In order to better meet the actual requirements of emotion recognition in the cockpit, this paper proposed a multi-feature fusion speech emotion recognition system based on Gaussian kernel nonlinear support vector machine (SVM), it is suitable for voice human-computer interaction systems. In the proposed system, four features are extracted and fuse them based on weighted sequence feature fusion algorithm, then use SVM to classify six emotions and evaluated the model under Berlin Emotion Dataset(EmO-DB).
