Platelets can play a crucial role in periodontal regeneration as they are the reservoirs of growth factors and cytokines which are the key factors for regeneration of bone and maturation of soft tissue. PRF is a natural fibrin-based biomaterial prepared from an anticoagulant-free blood harvest without any artificial biochemical modification that allows obtaining fibrin membranes enriched with platelets and growth factors. The main aim of this review article is to briefly describe the novel platelet concentrate PRF and its potential role in advanced surgical dentistry.

Given that in Studies, found that diabetic foot complications increase with age. Therefore, considering the importance of diabetic foot ulcer treatment in diabetic patients, this systematic review was conducted on Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) and Its pharmaceutical and therapeutic strategies. \u0000Materials and Methods: In this systematic review, this integrated overview study was conducted based on the Broome method. The present study is a systematic review article that was conducted in English and Persian by searching articles in search engines, scholar, PubMed, Springer's reputable scientific sites and databases. Using the articles published in the last 20 years, it was based on the most important treatments for diabetic foot ulcers. In the first stage, 39 papers were found. Of these, 11 articles related to the topic that was published in the last 20 years were reviewed. \u0000Results: In this study, several methods for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers have been investigated. In a study, in the treatment of chronic ulcers of grade 3 diabetes mellitus based on Wegener's classification, ultrasound waves of low frequency with standard care of the wound compared with standard care from scarring alone initially caused Accelerated recovery of chronic diabetic foot ulcers especially in the second and third months, while after 6 months of follow up, there was no significant difference in wound healing. \u0000Conclusion: In this study, as stated, our goal is to examine diabetic foot ulcer and their therapeutic and therapeutic strategies, that the results of various studies show that there are several therapeutic and therapeutic methods for treating diabetic foot ulcers. It is recommended that with screening and blood glucose control, prevent ulcers that cause amputation of the foot.

The use of a mouthwash augments maintenance of oral health through its antiplaque and antibacterial chemical properties The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of probiotic and chlorhexidine mouth rinses on plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation. Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic gingivitis were divided into 3 groups. Group A ‐ 20 subjects were advised probiotic mouthwash, Group B ‐ 20 subjects were advised chlorhexidine mouthwash and Group C ‐ 20 subjects into a negative control group (normal saline). Oral prophylaxis was done for all groups at baseline. Baseline scores of plaque index (PI) gingival index (GI) and oral hygiene indexsimplified (OHI-S) were recorded. The designated mouth rinses were distributed to the respective groups and they were instructed to rinse twice daily. Variables were again recorded on the seventh and 14th day after use of mouthwashes and data obtained was subjected to statistical analysis. Results: A significant difference in PI, GI, and OHI(S) were found when group 1 and group II was compared with group 3 on day14 and day28. However, there were no significant differences in the mean PI, GI and OHI(S) between the Probiotic and Chlorhexidine groups on the 14th day of examination. Conclusion: The Probiotic mouth rinse was found to be effective in reducing plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation. Therefore, the Probiotic mouth rinse has a potential therapeutic value and further long-term study is recommended to determine its efficacy.

If the foot ulcer is not quickly and properly treated, it may lead to amputation. Therefore, due to the importance of this issue, this systematic review was conducted with the aim of determining the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with an epidemiological approach.Materials and Methods: The present study is a systematic review study that sought scientific articles in search engines, sites, and databases. This study, using the articles published over the past 24 years, has been associated with effective treatments for the accelerated healing of diabetic foot ulcers. In the first phase, 36 articles were found. of these, 12 articles related to the topic that was published in the last 24 years were reviewed. Results: In this study, several methods for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers have been investigated. One of these methods that work in the treatment of foot ulcers is the "air cast diabetic walker boot" that inflates the airbag inside the boot to reduce stress on the skin. It has a hard outer cover and a deep heel that lowers the pressure. Conclusion: In the studies that have been studied, several therapeutic methods have been used to diabetic foot ulcers that have been effective.
