This increment must be accompanied by the management of waste transportation so that the accumulation of waste can be prevented. Therefore, it is necessary to design a prototype of a smart dustbin condition monitoring tool that is capable of providing full information and notifying the collector in the form of the location of the IoT-based dustbin. The research method is a prototyping type to obtain a smart dustbin prototype and produces IoT-based smart dustbin hardware and software. Ultrasonic sensors are used to detect objects and measure the height of waste, loadcell sensor measure the weight of waste, and GPS is used to obtain the location of dustbin. NodeMCU ESP8266 processes sensor data and sends it to the user. The results showed that testing of the object detection hardware was able to open and close the dustbin automatically when there was an object at a distance of ≤50 cm. Detectors of height and weight of waste can measure the height and weight of waste with an error of 0.4% and 0.15% respectively. It will move the dryng into a room that has prepared a heating lamp as a temporary substitute for sunlight. Based on the test results, the LDR and Raindrop sensors successfully read the weather data as given and the system can respond to the data provided by the sensor, Based on the test results, the PIR sensor can read the approaching movement in the dryer area and the safety system is directly active. Based on the results of testing the telegram notification that has been carried out, it was found that there was one failure to be sent out of five attempts. The energy production from solar PV generation system is vary and influenced by site (location) and weather parameters. Solar PV generation analyzed in this research is Dual Axis Sun Tracker (DAST) Solar PV Generation. Dual axis sun tracker is a system controller to ensure solar PV panel following the sun path.  Furthermore, energy production from DAST-based solar PV generation were measured and collected using energy meter as well as by using automatic weather station for the weather parameters. From these measrument data, it can be correlated the influence of weather parameters to the energy production from DAST PV generation system. The correlation between weather parameters and energy production are analyzed by statistical analysis using SPSS software and multiple linear regression models. Even in urban areas, it is not uncommon to find their use because of the ease of obtaining briquettes and its relatively good efficiency. This study aims to determine the best performance of a biomass stove from three types of clay material stove shapes in different configurations of geothermal variations. The three variations of the geometric shape of the stove are cylindrical, rectangular and hexagonal using biomass material from coconut shell charcoal in the shape of a honeycomb with an inner diameter of 15 mm and an outer diameter of 65 mm and a height of 45 mm. The uniqueness of this stove is the addition of a sleeve diameter of 180mm in the stove's combustion chamber as heat insulation so that the combustion process in the combustion chamber can be more perfect. The test results show that the presence of a flat surface on the stove wall will accelerate heat loss compared to the cylindrical surface. This is in line with the results which show that the highest rate of heat loss occurs in a rectangular shape, then a six-square shape, and the last is a cylindrical shape. Suhendra","doi":"10.33387/protk.v10i2.5033","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33387/protk.v10i2.5033","url":null,"abstract":"Based on the value of feedback obtained from the sensor (LDR), the PID algorithm uses the error value obtained from the comparison between the sensor value and the setpoint value to perform calculations so that the PWM generator will use the output value to produce a row of pulses that will be converted to a voltage (signal) with a range of  0 to 255 (0 volt to 5 volt)  and is used to turn on the LED lamp according to the desired light level. The output characteristics generated by the PID control for each coefficient can be used as a benchmark to determine the correct coefficient value for Propotional coefficient, Integral coefficient and Derivative coefficient  as a whole. From the test results, it can be seen that the coefficient value adjustment can be taken based on the size of the difference or error contained in the system. If the difference in error is slight, the use of large coefficient values, especially in derivative coefficients. It helps the system achieve a stable condition and reduces overshoot.
