To overcome the weaknesses, this paper proposes a new container throughput forecasting method to systematically forecast the correlated ports. A systematical forecasting model (SFM) is established based on the correlation between the ports identified by the Granger causal test and estimated using the method newly proposed in this paper. This paper introduces the equity preference to double channels supply chain. On the double channel conditions, the paper, respectively, discusses the supply members' order problem in two circumstances: no customer transfer and existing customers transfer. In the case of retailer domination, two cases are discussed: the one is the producers reserve product quantity for their own internet direct channel and the other one is the order quantity of retailers. The length of lead time affects the competitive abilities of a business directly and it can be controlled by adding a crashing cost. It is assumed that the lead time demand is normally distributed and the shortages are permitted, which are partially backlogged. In the model, lead time demand, annual demand rate, adjustable production rate, and backorder fraction are imprecise in nature and are represented by the triangular fuzzy numbers. Signed distance method is used to defuzzify the fuzzy total inventory cost. The objective is to determine simultaneously the optimal order quantity, the lead time, and the number of deliveries, which minimise the expected total average cost. An algorithm procedure of finding the optimal solution is developed. In order to respond to the transformation, this paper proposes the concept and approach of value co-creation for industrial PSS. In this paper, industrial product service is defined as service portfolio provided for satisfying customer's value demands based on sale of industrial product. Based on the discussion of value co-creation mechanism, a systematic solution to support the implementation of commerce management from different levels is proposed. Then the value co-creation process is discussed, which includes three cycles: 'value co-creation', 'ability development' and 'value realisation'. In this study, a suitable autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model has been developed, on the basis of different statistical parameters, for the forecasting of healthcare waste. The analysis of results on the basis of the statistical parameters such as adjusted R-square value, mean square error and mean absolute percentage error; the AR(1)MA(1) model has been found as the best ARIMA model for the forecasting of healthcare waste generation. The daily data of healthcare waste generation has been used to develop the ARIMA model in this study. By the GA's reproduction, crossover and mutation operators, the ACA's convergence rate and global searching ability have a significant improvement. Besides, we improve the updating mode of pheromone to enhance the adaptability of ants, the ACA can automatic adjust pheromone residual degree when executing the algorithm for convergence. Besides, introducing a new deterministic searching method will accelerate the heuristic searching method rate. However, despite the continuous implementation, a common phenomenon exists, i.e. lack of trust among crowdsourcing participants. Such lack may result in a lower rate of contract signing. The purpose of this study is to identity cognitive and affective determinants of initiators' willingness to sign a contract towards trust, and to understand the process of trust model in determining the trust formation mechanism. Results indicate perceived accreditation, network externality, absorptive capacity, track record and social capital are important in forming initiators' trust towards crowdsourcing platforms and bidders, which in turn will promote their signing intention. By collecting and analysing sales information of solid wood furniture and online consumer evaluations on Taobao, it can be found that the number of evaluations, the average word of evaluations and emotional tendency have significant influence on sales volume. The three influencing factors are chosen to make logistic regression analysis with the sales volume. It can be concluded that the high sales relates positively to the number of evaluations and the average word of evaluations, the average word of evaluations has a greater impact on sales. Finally, key recommendations were highlighted to help promote sales volume growth in e-commerce platforms and to build a favourable online shopping environment.
