First, the phase space of aerostat RCS time series is reconstructed via the time delay processing. And the corresponding optimal delay time as well as the optimal embedding dimension are determined with the C-C method. Then, the small data sets method is utilized to get the largest Lyapunov exponent of aerostat RCS time series. Finally, a case study on aerostat RCS time series is carried out. For images with complex backgrounds, the first thing to do is to accurately locate the position of the target text, and then the text content can be efficiently identified. However, as far as the current text detection algorithms based on deep learning are concerned, there are still problems such as incomplete extraction of text feature regions, and wrong detection of images as text regions. Therefore, this paper proposes an improved DB algorithm to solve the problems of the variable shape and complex background of the text area in the label text detection task, so that the algorithm can achieve better detection effect and better performance in complex scenes. The content of the article is mainly from the following main aspects:firstly, the current situation of text detection algorithms is introduced, then the improvement of the DB algorithm with ResNet-50 as the backbone network is proposed, and finally mPA (mean Average Precision) is used as the evaluation of text detection. In this paper, based on the improvement of U-Net network structure, we combine ASPP and skip connection. Improve the residual module to improve the information extraction method. The main improvements of this paper are: 1 Based on the U-Net network structure, we use the multi-scale feature detection capabilities of Pyramid to introduce. The ASPP module and the residual structure are improved, paying more attention to semantic and detail informatization, overcoming the limitations of U-Net in small target detection; 2 We have improved the U-Net network, using skip connections to get more layers of information. Experiments show that the model proposed in this paper has significantly higher MPA and MIOU than the U-Net model on both the VOC dataset and the Vaihingen dataset. This algorithm enhances the global search ability through tent chaotic disturbance and Levy flight, accelerates the convergence through golden sine to improve the local search ability. In this paper, the original fixed convergence factor is transformed into a nonlinear decreasing convergence factor to improve the optimization efficiency. The performance is tested on the benchmark functions, and it is used to solving the multiprocessor task scheduling problem. The power producers may use their ramp rate to become the pivotal supplier and exercise their market power. Therefore, it is necessary to quantitatively analyze the influence that the ramp rate of units may have on their possibility to become the pivotal suppliers. In this paper, a multi-period ex-ante pivotal supplier identification model with considering the unit ramp rate constraints is proposed to quantify the ex-ante market power. The objective function is to minimize the sum of the output slack variables for each period. The constraints include unit output constraints, transmission constraints and unit ramp rate constraints. Considering that the slack variables of different periods may affect with each other, a progressive optimization strategy is proposed to accurately locate the periods that pivotal suppliers emerge. Meanwhile, the multi-scenario analysis is used to deal with the uncertainty of the net load forecasting. The proposed model is a linear programming problem which is implemented on the GAMS platform and solved by the CPLEX solver efficiently. Inspired by human auditory perception, several auditory-based features were developed for robust underwater acoustic target recognition. However, most of them only represent the spectral envelope or energy of the signal. Nevertheless, the phase represented by instantaneous frequency (IF) also reflects some characteristics of the target. Furthermore, the IF-based features can be combined with the energy-based features to enhance the recognition performance. In this paper, we propose several features that are extracted from the outputs of the Gammatone filterbank. The combined features are constructed explicitly by concatenating the energy-based and subband IF-based features or implicitly by calculating the energy weighted mean subband IF features. Recognition experiments are conducted on real underwater acoustic target radiated noise signals, and white Gaussian noise is added for simulating different signal-to-noise ratio conditions. Support vector machine is employed as the classifier. Thus, a holon based modular integration research method is proposed to carry out the hierarchical relationship of functions. First, we analyzed the production process in the manufacturing plant through a field study to understand the internal production process. Then, the same functions of different manufacturing plants are abstracted and integrated into modules by using the idea of holon. Finally, the interaction between these modules is analyzed to ensure that the goal of high cohesion and low coupling between modules is achieved, thus making reusability and portability greatly increased.
