Abstract
To address the current situation of a large number of categories of intelligent manufacturing systems within the manufacturing industry, in order to solve the problems associated with long development cycles and multiple development of similar functions. Thus, a holon based modular integration research method is proposed to carry out the hierarchical relationship of functions. First, we analyzed the production process in the manufacturing plant through a field study to understand the internal production process. Then, the same functions of different manufacturing plants are abstracted and integrated into modules by using the idea of holon. Finally, the interaction between these modules is analyzed to ensure that the goal of high cohesion and low coupling between modules is achieved, thus making reusability and portability greatly increased. The similarities between the modules have been explored in real projects for about a year, and some reusable elements within the project have been summarized and can open up some new ideas for other researchers.
