Santos, Wagner Cavalare Souza","doi":"10.47682/2675-6552.a2022v1n1p55-76","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47682/2675-6552.a2022v1n1p55-76","url":null,"abstract":"It is a fact that within the field of Brazilian Civil Engineering, ceramic brick masonry is the type of vertical fence most used in reinforced concrete buildings, however, there are already interesting options on the market that perform the same function with the use of new technologies. The drywall system is one of these options, however, it still faces cultural obstacles for its definitive insertion in the country's works. Starting from this point, this research focuses on breaking existing paradigms regarding the use of drywall through a comparative study with traditional masonry sealing. The research aims to present technical aspects of both systems, pointing out their advantages and disadvantages, encouraging a greater diffusion of drywall. The objective was also to present structural impacts of the use of the system in buildings, as well as to encourage the use of innovative systems in national civil construction. To achieve these goals, a bibliographic research was carried out, with a qualitative approach and having objectives classified as descriptive. Different literary sources from scientific publications in national databases were used, with a cut covering productions from the last ten years. Once the sources were gathered, records were prepared, separating them by relevant technical areas for discussions and their comparisons. Methodologically, Exploratory Study sought theoretical support in Neuroliguistic Programming (NLP) as well as in marketing and sales. In a second stage, a Descriptive Statistical Study was carried out in the form of a survey with the salespeople of a Pharmaceutical Distributor with a main focus on phyto-drugs, with a target audience of manipulation pharmacies in the city of Piracicaba, with the participation of 21 of them, male and female. , aged 20 to 50 years. Following the guidance of the theory about NLP, three questionnaires were used for data collection: the first, by Goleman (1995), which aimed to identify which salespeople would have characteristics of self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy and social skills. Thus, the present study, carried out on a small property in the northwest of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, verified the feasibility for the acquisition of a new and modern milking model, through the financial analysis of investments. The research is classified as a single case study, with a quantitative approach. The suggested investment has several positive points, such as the possibility of flexibility in working hours and better quality of life for the producer, elimination of outsourced labor, easy handling of milking, definition of strategies, animal welfare, recovery investment and others. On the other hand, there are currently scenarios that hinder this improvement, such as the dependence on a stable electric power network and the maintenance distance in cases of emergency. In order to achieve the proposed objective, a case study was carried out in a company in the food trade branch located in the northwest of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. As a data collection technique, a semi-structured interview and observation of the location was used. The data were analyzed using Bardin's content analysis. The results demonstrated that the institutionalization of the recruitment and selection processes of people is directly related to the performance of the owner of this enterprise, being that he is responsible for coordinating the actions that define the requirements for the vacancy, the form of disclosure and the interview of selection. The standards implicit in the company are typical of the small family business, where family members assume the role of managing different areas of the organization. The application of this research had the participation of a high school student in the form of a monitor, helping researchers in their activities. Although there are research works that address the use of the Tower of Hanoi applied in the teaching of mathematics, there is a lack of studies on this theme supported by a learning theory. Motivated by the interest to fill this gap, the research was based on TB to identify the evolution of skills related to the learning of PIF using TH. The research was carried out through the collection and analysis of experimental data results of the students' game experience with HT through the application of a pre-test where the students had only the instruction of the PIF in a theoretical way in an ex-positive class and a post-test where the PIF instruction was mediated with the use of TH.
