In the field of education, in spite of the efforts made to include people with disabilities, the indices of exclusion and inequity persist that make possible quality and equality teaching and learning processes. However, as evidenced by the lack of assistance and attention for the realization of an inclusive education, particularly for the population with hearing disabilities, we can also mention the growing interest in developing projects based on technologies that facilitate the development of skills and improve the processes inside the classroom. Taking into account the above, this article shows a research project that consisted of the design and implementation of a virtual classroom of inclusive learning aimed at students with hearing disabilities. The comparison scenario was the teaching of programming logic for higher education students of the Physics course. The research was outlined with the methodology of action research, allowing the evaluation of the use of language at the end of the approach of each content delivered during the research. The presented results refer to the approach of two contents, of the four established for the conclusion of the research. The steps of approaching each content were initiated with the application of the diagnostic evaluation, and finalized with the evaluation of performance. The results indicate a progression in knowledge about programming logic. The entertainment with series and movies are the key to success, hence the purpose of study the contents that are hosted on the platform. The methodology applied is qualitative, the indicators analyzed: identification, origin, year of production and gender of the offer. An analysis of the investment and profits that Netflix has reported in the last three years was also made. As a conclusion, it is determined that the original Netflix films and series have been recognized in the cinematographic field, however, for the productive circuit to be inclusive, it is necessary to attend more, the Latin American offer. The media reality, with the presence of free Internet TV businesses are the competence of Netflix, the company must be alert to the expansive development of these services. Following the psychological perspectives in the context of rewarding, we study how motivation, reward emotions and task emotions can change problem-solving behavior, using the case of number puzzle solving task (Sudoku). The results indeed indicate that there is a relationship between problem-solving behavior and positive reward emotions which were caused by the leaderboard. Also, the results show that a positive emotional reaction to the task could improve problem-solving behavior in a monetary reward condition. The GDPR 2016/679 aims to ensure the coherence of natural persons' protection within the European Union (EU), comprising very important innovative rules that will be applied across the EU and will directly affect every Member State. Furthermore, it aims to overcome the existing fragmented regulations and to modernise the principles of privacy in the EU. This regulation will come into force in May 2018, bringing along several challenges for citizens, companies and other private and public organisations. The protection of personal data is a fundamental right. The GDPR considers a ‘special category of personal data’, which includes data regarding health, since this is sensitive data and is therefore subject to special conditions regarding treatment and access by third parties. This premise provides the focus of this research work, where the implementation of the GDPR in health clinics in Portugal is analysed. Although it is interesting to compare personal achievements against similar works from other researchers, in many ocassions it is hard to replicate exactly the same conditions, because papers do not reflect all the variables of the context. To mitigate this problem, some standard systems have been created for researchers to unify this step in their works. One example of this is the bxb (beat-by-beat) tool from PhysioNet's PhysioToolkit, developed to compare results in beat detection. Delineation is an important part inside Electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnostic systems, because it is necessary to properly identify waves inside the beats. Besides the position of each wave into the signal, onset and offset positions for a wave are also needed. The more precise these positions are, the better the diagnostic is. But unlike the case of the beat detection, there are no generic tools for delineation evaluation, and papers that deepen in this subject in most cases do not explain clearly how they get their results, or directly asked an expert to supervise the outcome of their systems.
