The characteristics of the individuals with respect to the different personality factors influence the way in which the different tasks that make up a specific methodology are carried out, such as the creation of a domain model in a Software Engineering project. In the present work we present the results of an empirical study that evaluates the relationship between the different personality factors and the perception regarding the advantages and disadvantages of using a Model — Driven Engineering (MDE) approach. In order to determine personality traits, we have used the PEN model, corresponding to the Eysenck's personality theory. Based on this model, we have used a set of questionnaires to identify (a) the levels of Psychoticism (P), Extraversion (E) and Neuroticism (N) of the subjects and (b) their subjective perception regarding the use of a MDE approach.","PeriodicalId":347825,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114088349","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The interventions of the Specialist Nurse in Rehabilitation Nursing to the person in the surgical process are primordial for the maintenance of the functional capacities, prevention of complications and impediment of incapacities. However, it is necessary to provide individualized and fostered care in a practice of excellence, and the consequent organized reading of records of an aging ontology for decision making on rehabilitation indicators. Method: a systematic review of the literature was carried out using the EBSCO host (MEDLINE with Full Text, CINAHL Plus with Full Text and MedicLatina), using the PI [C] O method, and 11 articles were selected. Results: 41 indicators were identified to be included in the ontology classes of aging: pain control, patient and family education, support and communication, reduction of postoperative complications, gain of functionality, restoration of physical function, mobility, multidisciplinary intervention and the frequency of interventions. Conclusion: it is considered that it was imperative to identify sensitive indicators for rehabilitation nursing care, based on scientific evidence and thus provide an opportunity for nurses to reflect on their daily practices and conduct their actions towards excellence in care, to propose a set of 41 classes internationally on the ontology of aging.","PeriodicalId":347825,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121521789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, the monitoring of a network is a fundamental process in that it may prevent or detect possible problems, also offering several auxiliary tools for the work of a computer network administrator. In this context, this work presents a novel platform for the monitoring and optimization of network infrastructures, which interface is easy and intuitive to analyze even for those who do not have high skills in the area of computer networks. Furthermore, and unlike most of traditional monitoring systems, the developed platform has an additional optimization module allowing the recommendation of possible changes/configurations in order to optimize the network resources.","PeriodicalId":347825,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124032432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As far as the methodology was concerned, an inquiry was drawn up and the results obtained using descriptive statistics were analyzed. The conclusions pointed to the need to focus on the training of human resources and the relevance that the internal audit may have in meeting the requirements of the measures set forth in the new General Regulation on Data Protection. The major limitation of the study is related to the small sample. However, for the most part, the development of these applications does not meet usability criteria, neither in design nor in development, which is a determining factor in the success or failure of the project. This paper describes the heuristic evaluation and usability tests of the MiESPE web portal, identifying the problem factors that are solved in the development of the multiplatform mobile application: “MiESPE Móvil”, using the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology. The experimental evaluation carried out based on several usability guidelines of the People At the Center of Mobile Application Development (PACMAD) and User-centered design (UCD), allowed to reach an acceptable average of: overall efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":347825,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115854744","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This work proposes a framework to model the elicitation process through two complementary approaches based on contextual factors that affect the elicitation. One of them intends to predict the course of a session by estimating if certain important objectives will be met for the development team. The other seeks to achieve a representation of the progression in time of the status of requirements considering the information that is captured during the sessions and how it becomes requirements. This proposal aims to be a practical tool for requirements engineers, whether they are new or experienced, in the management of these contextual factors and the management of the elicitation process.","PeriodicalId":347825,"journal":{"name":"2018 13th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"83 7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132490814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
