The results of this development research are in the form of a learning video product to make a semi-circle skirt. In this study, the feasibility test was carried out by 2 media experts and 2 material experts. The media effectiveness test was carried out in three stages, namely, a small-scale group test conducted by 8 students, a medium-scale group test conducted by 16 students and a large-scale group test conducted by 33 students. The results of the validity of the material experts obtained an average rating of 90.6% in the \"very good\" category. the results of the validity of media experts obtained an average rating of 94.2% in the \"very good\" category. small group trials by students got the \"Good\" category with an average of 80.7%. It is noted that the formation of the virtual asset market in Ukraine began with the popularization of cryptocurrencies in 2013. It was determined that the potential of Ukraine, as one of the leading countries in the field of virtual assets, is huge. Two draft laws submitted to the Verkhovna Rada were analyzed, according to which virtual assets and digital content belong to the objects of civil law and are subject to the regulations of the Civil Code. It is noted that on December 17, 2022, draft Law No. 6447 was registered in the Verkhovna Rada. This draft law provides for amendments to be made to the Civil Code, in particular, Articles 115, 177, 179, which define, among other objects of civil rights, digital things, their essence as subject of the digital environment, which is in circulation only in digital form, and in respect of which civil rights and obligations may arise, as well as the circle of digital things, which are virtual assets, is outlined. There are too many synonymous words and phrases in English for “Drunk.” Such kind of words and idioms exist in all languages, but their number is extremely big in English. There are several dictionaries called “Drunktionaries” in English. In the article one of the most famous dictionaries of this type “The Drinker’s Dictionary” by B. Franklin is scrutinized. The classification of drunkonyms is made according to different criteria (according to their degree of intensity, according to their positive or negative connotation, according to figurative language used in them). The analysis revealed that most of the drunkonyms do not describe positive attributes of character nor desirable states of mind. “Drunkeness” as a concept is of negative character but in English there are some positive lexical units denoting alcohol intoxication. The analysis also showed that many phraseological units depict an intoxicated person’s condition through idiomatic zoonyms. Besides there is a group of idiomatic drunkonyms containing toponyms, phytonyms and anthroponyms. Drunkonyms in B. Franklin’s dictionary may fall into several categories: literary, neutral and colloquial (slangy, vulgar, disphemic). He left his name in memory as a creator of the history of literary literature who had exceptional services in the history of public opinion of the Azerbaijani people, the author of \"Gift to Children\", a collector of folk literature, and a person who had an exceptional service in the formation of a great army of teachers. F. Kocherli was born on January 26, 1863 in the city of Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan and the home of poetry. The scale of the threat and risk posed by the Covid-19 pandemic is significantly reducing the willingness of tourists to stay in hotels. Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) promotes a clean, healthy, safe and friendly environment. CHSE is a policy implemented by the government, specifically the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries, to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to review the impact of the pandemic on the hotel service sector and the extent of the implementation of CHSE in the hotel service sector in the special region of Yogyakarta. This study was conducted to see the extent to which CHSE certification is applied to the hotel sector in the Yogyakarta area. Data collection was carried out with secondary data presented on the official government website regarding CHSE-certified hotels, data for all hotels both in terms of room availability, number of rooms in the era before the pandemic and after the epidemic. Then analyzed with descriptive statistics and SPSS analysis with paired t-test for further discussion and conclusions drawn. Based on this research data, it is known that COVID-19 has a significant impact on tourist visits and the number of hotel rooms sold. The number of tourists both local and tourists foreign experienced a significant decline at the peak of the pandemic in 2020 in a row (p=0,016) and (p=0,032), but began to rise again in 2021. The author emphasizes that the unification of educational and pedagogical forecasting in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic of the period 1930-1940 hid the threat of a social explosion, led to the strengthening of the national course to build a communist society. All this affected the invariant component of the content of educational and pedagogical forecasting in the context of dominant socio-economic (industrialization, collectivization) and political (monopolization, curtailment of Ukrainization) factors. The tourist guide is an applied genre and also a cultural representation of the past of a city or region. Moreover, the guidebook is a historical object, which can say a great deal about both the destination that it describes and the culture in which it is made, as well as the values of society in the period when it was written. The main stages of the genre development are researched on the material of specific printed guidebooks.  Particular attention is paid to European guidebooks. The article highlights some socio-cultural peculiarities that influence the development of the genre. The paper also provides the classification of modern tourist guidebooks and shows their changing role in the digital era. While more people report using the Internet for travel, guidebooks are still rated as the most influential source of information by travellers.
