Acute diarrhea of infectious etiology, often referred to as gastroenteritis and is typically associated with clinical signs and symptoms including: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and cramps, bloating, flatulence, fever, passage of bloody stools, tenesmus, and fecal urgency. Infectious diarrheal diseases are the second leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. It is the diarrhea we have also found out, during a large 3 yeas study 2017-2020 in Transylvania – Romania. 3577 number of cases were transmitted during this time by the 12 territory sanitary polices, to the Epidemiology Department from the Public Health Center Cluj. These were mostly diagnosed by the territorial family doctors in the region and more then 20%, have need hospitalization, for several days, because of the mentioned disease disorders 3 children died during this time, because of severe complications. The detected infectious microbial etiology, were determined in authorized laboratories, in which it was identified: Shigella spp, Salmonella spp Campylobacter spp, and Yersinia spp or Rotavirus Giardia, and Fungi species. Most number of cases appeared in children, followed by elderly or adult people, as quantified number of determination. In light of these data, acute diarrheal illness had to be considered a major public health issue against which control efforts are needed. Public health surveillance and response in the field of infectious acute diarrhea include obligatory strategies of infection control.","PeriodicalId":347161,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computing and Corporate Research","volume":"39 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120862351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

TC can be primary or secondary. The primary TC is a rare hereditary familial disorder of phosphate regulation. On the other hand, secondary TC is associated with an underlying disease, most frequently, chronic renal faliure (CRF). Herein, we present a case of 40 year old male patient with CRF and 10 years history of hemodialysis, presenting with swellings around the right hip and left shoulder joints. The diagnosis of secondary TC has been made with typical computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings. Secondary TC is an uncommon condition particularly occuring in association with CRF. Typical radiologic findings and clinical history are leading in the diagnosis and prevent unnecessary further evaluations.","PeriodicalId":347161,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computing and Corporate Research","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124510955","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mediastinal paragangliomas represent less than 2% of all paragangliomas and less than 0.3 % of the mediastinal tumors. These tumors may secrete catecholamines, however in up to 50% of cases they are nonfunctional and are diagnosed incidentaly or with symptoms of mass effcet to the adjacent structures. They should be considered in the differential diagnosis of hypervascular mediastinal masses. The typical radiological features are very guiding in the diagnosis and the management of the patient. The global definition of dysphagia is simply difficulty in swallowing. Around 80% of individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD) are diagnosed with dysphagia in any stage of their disease progression. Dysphagia therapy in these individuals has gained considerable importance in improving the quality of life in the recent past. With the advancement of technology related to dysphagia management, the use of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) in dysphagia management is studied extensively, and the efficacy of it in successfully easing dysphagia symptoms in PD is still being evaluated. Hence this systematic review is aimed to give an overview regarding the current status of the literature available on the effect of NMES as a method of dysphagia rehabilitation on swallowing function in persons with PD. The present review will collate and critically analyse the existing knowledge of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in dysphagia management of persons with Parkinson’s disease. The authors did a systematic literature search following the PRISMA guidelines using electronic databases for studies reporting the use or effect of NMES on swallow function, aiding management of dysphagia in persons with PD. The quality and the levels of evidence of articles included were in accordance with the ABC rating scale by Siwek et al [20]. 3 out of 38 publications identified met the inclusion criteria. The authors carried out a systematic, qualitative and critical analysis of the articles finalised. The summary of the reviewed articles revealed the dearth of evidence and several methodological flaws as well as highlighted the prevailing research gap in this arena. This review additionally aids Speech-Language and Swallow Pathologists in clinical decision making and future directions concerning selecting Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) as a treatment option for managing dysphagia in persons with PD.","PeriodicalId":347161,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computing and Corporate Research","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123902113","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Neurofibromas are tumors located along nerve bundles; when they become large, they are called plexiform neurofibromas. Complications of neurofibromas are rare, but include malignant transformation and potentially life-threatening hemorrhages. A comprehensive perioperative management, including arterial embolization of feeding vessels, is required in order to perform a safe surgical procedure and to reduce potential surgical complications. We report a case of a large plexiform neurofibroma on the right flank, treated in a two-stage approach: first, embolization with polyvinyl alcohol particles of the inferior epigastric, lumbar and superior gluteal arteries on the right and, second, 24 hours after embolization, exeresis of the lesion, which weighed 2.5 kg. Perhaps this happened because Western medicine followed a path different from Eastern medicine the path of deep study of private pro-phenomena of diseases and the search for their natural causes. However, huge problems lie along this path the multifactorial impact of the external environment and the limited knowledge of man. As a result, a paradoxical state of affairs was created in psychiatrics and psychology: not a single objective method of research was created that allows you to diagnose mental illness due to the fact that there is still no one's idea of how the brain performs its main function to think. That is, the reasons for psychiatry's failures lie in the deep crisis of neurophysiology.","PeriodicalId":347161,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computing and Corporate Research","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115109821","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The present study was conducted on forty five healthy males of Swiss albino mice, which were divided into 3 groups (N= 15 mice per each group). The first group was intact (control); the second one was castrated and the third group was castrated treated with 10 μl/g of grape juice. The ultra-structure sections of liver tissue from intact (control) group showed normal structure of both hepatocytes and sinusoids, with smooth external surfaces. Whereas ultra-sections from castrated group resulted in: degeneration of hepatocytes, deterioration of sinusoids; rough external surfaces, with aggregations of lipid droplets and white blood cells as compared with the control group. However treatment of castrated subject's with10μl/g of grape juice resulted in activation the regeneration processes in both hepatocytes and sinusoids, with smooth appearance of the external surfaces as compared with control group. The present study concluded that surgical castration aggravated increased hepatic steatosis and increased inflammatory response by increased activation of Kupffer and Ito cells, these effects could be reserved by aggravated increased grape juice administration.","PeriodicalId":347161,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computing and Corporate Research","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133193169","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
