This problem is caused by the lack ofunderstanding and insight of the people towards Islam which is really and thebackground of the coming of radicalism itself. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires anddocumentation. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative research with percentages. Toanalyze the effect of Competence Pedagogical Lecturer Student Learning ActivityAgainst Islamic Religion (PTAI) Indragiri Hulu collected data were analyzed using aquantitative approach with Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique. By (PPM) = Based on data analysis, it can be seen from some of the test results that have been the author of the analysis, based on the correlation of test results obtained 0.988 with0.000 significance. Dengan begitu, kinerja guru adalah hasil unjuk kerja seorang guru setelah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai seorang pendidik. Kinerja yang baik menunjang tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dengan baik, begitu pula sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Kelayang Kecamatan Kelayang. Data dihimpun dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 5 Kelayang dikategorikan “Optimal” kenyataan ini sesuai dengan hasil observasi yang mencapai persentase sebesar 66%. Prilaku tersebut mencakup : (1) keteguhan dan ketegasan da’i dalam memegang prinsip-prinsip dasar agama Islam (Akidah Islam), (2) komitmen da’i dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dalam berdakwah dan (3) popularitas da’i sebagai panutan umat (Uswatun Hasanah).Persepsi masyarakat terhadap komitmen da’i IKMI Kota Pekanbaru dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya, dalam perspesi masyarakat, para da’i tetap memiliki komitmen dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dalam berdakwah, yang terlihat dari intensitas dalam memenuhi/mengisi undangan pengajian /ceramah. Namun di antara masyarakat ada persepsi yang berkembang dan komentar miring yang menyebutkan bahwa da’i dan muballigh IKMI Kota Pekanbaru identik dengan amplop, semakin tebal amplop semakin termotivasi untuk mengisi ceramah agama/pengajian dan semakin berapi-api dalam menyampaikan orase ceramahnya.Persepsi masyarakat terhadap popularitas da’i IKMI Kota Pekanbaru sebagai panutan umat (Uswatun Hasanah) masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang berbeda-beda terhadap da’i sesuai dengan tingkat senioritas dan popularitas masing-masing da’i. Yang paling populer dan digemari oleh masyarakat adalah Da’i Kondang dan Da’i Lucu. Sedangkan Da’i yang monoton dan serius dalam menyampaikan pengajian kurang digemari masyarakat. Persepsi terhadap Da’i IKMI Kota Pekanbaru yang sudah populer sebagai Da’i Kondang, Lucu dan Pilihan masyarakat, biasanya memiliki jadwal yang cukup padat sehingga masyarakat merasa kesulitan untuk dapat mengundang da’i yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap prilaku keagamaan yang menunjukkan kedewasaan dan kematangan Da’i IKMI Kota Pekanbaru, adakalanya yang positif dan adakalanya yang negative. Masyarakat memiliki persepsi negative terhadap da’i IKMI yang menoton dalam menyampaikan pengajian, tidak menerima perbedaan pendapat, bersikap kaku dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi, berpenampilan 559PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PRILAKU DA’I IKMI ( STUDI DI KELURAHAN MARPOYAN DAMAI KECAMATAN TANGKERANG BARAT KOTA PEKANBARU) (Aprianto)ekslusif dan tertutup. Without knowing the vocabulary,students will not be able in the four language skills, such as speaking, reading,listening and writing. The students’ lack of vocabulary make students cannotcommunicate their ideas as clearly as they would have to. The fifth year students havedifficulty to follow English learning if they do not have enough English vocabulary.According to guideline of English teaching, elementary students should master 500words. Students are not able to construct, even, a simple sentence consisting ofsubject and predicate. Students are also not be able to pronounce a word correctly,they pronounce a word based on what they see. According to the writer’s observationin the classroom, while teacher explains the lesson, the students prefer to dosomething else such as drawing, writing and talking to their partner. To use minimalpair exercises as vocabulary development, the writer represented the words in eachminimal pairs to teach or reinforce the meaning of vocabulary while practicing thepronunciation of the words. Students can also put the words in meaningful contextsentences. Jika kemampuan kerja seorang guru bagus, maka kinerjanya juga akan semakin tinggi. Sebaliknya jika kemampuan kerja seorang guru tidak bagus, maka kinerjanya juga akan semakin rendah. Kepuasan kerja adalah keadaan emosi yang senang atau emosi positif yang berasal dari penilaian pekerjaan atau pengalaman kerja seseorang. Kepuasan kerja adalah hasil dari persepsi guru mengenai seberapa baik pekerjaan mereka memberikan hal yang dinilai penting. Penelitian ingin membuktikan apakah ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN I Peranap. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisa product moment, didapatkan hasil yang menunjukan hipotesa alternatif diterima dan hipotesa nihil ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN I Peranap.
