Dalam dunia pendidikan banyak sekali perbedaan-perbedaan yang perlu kita pahami hingga nantinya bisa searah, setiap manusia memiliki pendapat yang berbeda , sehingga dari perbedaan tersebut dapat menumbuhkan sebuah konflik dalam kehidupan bersosial, namun perbedaan juga dapat membangun seseorang untuk lebih maju kedepannya. Dalam suatu organisasi di sekolah konflik mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap kegiatan pendidikan yang nantinya akan berakibat pada siswa dan siswi, maka ketika terjadi suatu konflik seorang pemimpin (kepala sekolah) harus bisa mengatasi segala konflik yang ada demi menjaga ketentraman lingkungan serta menjaga nama baik sekolah. \u0000Fokus penelitian ini bagaimana peran kepala madrasah dalam menangani sumber konflik yang terjadi di SDS Ulul Albab?. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hal apa yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam menangani sumber konflik yang tejadi di SDS Ulul Albab. \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, lokasi penelitian ini di SDS Ulul Albab. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. \u0000Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal yang menjadi Upaya yang harus dilakukan Kepala Madrasah dalam menangani konflik yang terjadi, Pertama: memberikan pemahaman terhadap guru mengenai peraturan yang ada. Kedua: mengadakan kegiatan pembinaan, pelatihan hingga guru bisa memberikan yang terbaik untuk siswa. Ketiga: kepala sekolah menyeleksi latar belakang guru mengenai pendidikannya, dan juga bagaimana komitmennya terhadap semua siswa. Setiap orang yang terlibat dalam pendidikan memeliki peluang yang sama untuk terjadinya konflik interpersonal. . Penelitian ini berfokus pada Analisis Konflik Interpersonal di SMP Plus Miftahul Ulum Kalisat Jember dan Strategi Manajemen Konflik Interpersonal di SMP Plus Miftahul Ulum Kalisat Jember. Pendekatan yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yakni menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil peneliti di SMP Plus Miftahul Ulum Kalisat Jember ada beberapa konflik yang terjadi yaitu diantaranya, konflik interposnal antar peserta didik kasus bulliying dan goshob. Beberapa peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh tenaga pendidik. Konflik yang terjadi anatara peserta didik dan tenaga kependidikan ialah telat dalam membayar SPP, dan konflik yang terjadi antara kepala sekolah dan pihak luar yaitu terkait batas wilayah dan politik. Strategi Manajemen Konflik Interpersonal di SMP Plus Miftahul Ulum Kalisat Jember dengan cara mediasi. So it is necessary to evolve using the Student-Centered Learning approach. MI Narrative Quran has a unique curriculum contained in Mulok QURMA (Quran and Meaning). Student projects as learning outcomes as a form of student-centered learning development. Does this study aim to find out how to apply the Project Based Learning learning model through the QURMA TREE in the QURMA subject at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan? And what are the supporting factors and obstacles in implementing PBL through the QURMA TREE at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan? This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The subjects of this study were students, teachers, and school principals. The data analysis methods in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, and conclusion. MI Narrative Quran Lamongan madrasah wants to always prioritize the Koran by innovating to develop MULOK QURMA learning. The QURMA TREE is the product of each class which is carried out once every three months as an implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in the QURMA mulok subject (Quran and Meaning). The QURMA TREE at MINAN is teaching materials compiled by the QURMA team, namely the preparation of the QURMA MUSHAF for grades 1 to grade 6, a special and coordinated teaching team consisting of 6 people, excellent programs as well as the tahfidz program as a pillar of the madrasa, namely tahfidz, QURMA, and language, adequate facilities and means, clearly and continuously scheduled program of events. Constructed upon existing literature, this paper contributes to the discourse on anti-immigrant or xenophobic feelings in South Africa. This paper uses Missio Politica as a missiological framework combined with political theology to examine xenophobia. Although alluring further extensive research, it represents the neglected step in organising the vast body of missiological perspectives on the subject of xenophobia regarding the objective of the Missio Dei. It is entirely devoted to seeking answers to the question of xenophobia by appealing to the correct understanding of Missio Dei’s goal as demonstrated in the account of Noah's Ark in Genesis 6-9. Consequently, it concludes that to circumvent xenophobic incidents, African countries must first prioritise salvation for their local citizens, just as Noah did with his own family, before attempting to invite the entire continent into the tiny ark of salvation. Correspondingly, it concludes that South African policy-makers should familiarise themselves with important religious ideologies of their constituencies to shape public policies that are compatible with societal religious aspirations. Xenophobia has become an issue of great concern, particularly in South Africa. In the discipline of missiology, the current literature does not provide a clear methodology for solving xenophobia. The subject selected is an Islamic philanthropic organisation, Ash-Shahwah Foundation (YASA) in Malang City as the sympathisers of Jemaah Tarbiyah. The supportive factors for regulating the political economy of Jemaah Tarbiyah include the method, role, and participation of YASA in Malang City. Through the method of da’wah, the figure of Jemaah Tarbiyah, Abu Haidar, stated that shalat is the key to success in life, and this has been successfully gaining hundreds of members. The role of YASA is to educate the urban society that obligatory alms become a lifestyle for their charitable politics. YASA becomes an intermediary to the connection of elite-mass or mustahiq-cadres’ relationships for gaining trust and getting massive electoral votes. The urban society participation, particularly the benefactors, can be seen from their enthusiasm in donating their wealth and demonstrating solidarity among individuals to strengthen informal religious learning courses in mosques. Findings show that the political economy of Jemaah Tarbiyah initiated the great success of gaining substantial electoral votes through philanthropic practices used as indirect support and funding for election campaigns. As in the commercial TV advertisement message, Sahaja socialises the Islamic brand, which aims to be able to dialogue with the target market of Indonesian Muslims. This study aimed to determine the visual and narrative form of the Islamic brand of Sahaja's commercial TV advertising message. This study uses a qualitative approach with narrative analysis, how do communicators tell stories. The data collection techniques are observing Sahaja's advertising materials and literature study, analysing each ad frame and duration individually, and selecting and grouping according to the research focus for data presentation. In conclusion, Sahaja's commercial TV commercial carries #NawaituSahaja as its creative foundation. It shows a visual story of a happy family living their life and worship with white domination. Five essential keys visible reflections of Islamic brands narrate the form of a brand that identifies with Islamic characteristics.
