The report incorporates the New Institutional Economics and adequately defines and assesses the economic efficiency of Bulgarian farms. If inputs supply and marketing transactions of a farm are governed effectively (equal or fewer costs compared to another farm/organization), it is considered to be efficient, and vice versa. First in kind quantitative evaluation of governance efficiency of Bulgarian farms is made on the basis of assessments of managers of typical farms. \"Nature of the problems in effective organization for major type farm transactions for securing needed factors of production and output realization\" is used as an indicator for the comparative transaction costs. The study has found that the governance efficiency of farms is at a Good level but 60 % of all farms are with a Low efficiency and will likely cease to exist in near future. Major factors for inferior governance efficiency of farms are unsatisfactory efficiency in Supply of Necessary Labour, Innovations and Know-how, and Funding. There is a huge variation in governance efficiency of farms with different specializations as holdings in Field crops, Vegetables, Flowers and Mushrooms, and Mix livestock demonstrate the lowest levels. There is a big discrepancy between the new assessment and the dominating traditional approach to farm efficiency. Professional producers of information – newspapers, radio broadcasting, and television – entered the Internet no more than fifteen years ago. The Internet is used by almost all types of media in the world as an additional channel for the transmission and distribution of content. Many media experts see a great future in the Internet media market. In Bangladesh, home to 160 million people, Internet media are already popular and growing rapidly. \u0000Internet TV began to function at the beginning of the 21st century. It was created specifically for broadcasting on the network, which requires a high level of technical equipment from both the producer and the content provider and the consumer. Therefore, chronologically, television was the last type of media that entered the Internet. \u0000In this report, we analyze the basic features of Internet Television that exists in contemporary Bangladesh and provide an account of the development trends. {"title":"Influence of the style of attachment of the diad \"grandma-mom of a child with ICP\" on the quality of rehabilitation of a child with ICP","authors":"S. During the anamnestic survey, during consultations, the relationship of a woman, raising a child with cerebral palsy, with her own mother was often in the spotlight. Studying more than 100 families, raising a child with cerebral palsy, we set ourselves the task of clarifying the style of attachment in the dyad \"grandmother – mother of a child with cerebral palsy\". High rates of anxious attachment were revealed and in 64 % there was no separation from mothers with the preservation and protest of dependence. Intragroup correlations of meaningful aspects of events at different life stages in women with secure and insecure attachment showed significant relationships. With secure attachment, the mother played with dolls with the girl, she had fewer nightmares, she was less sick, and after the birth of her child she did not have postpartum depression. Correlation links confirmed the importance of playing with dolls on a long life path that a woman went through. In insecure attachment, mothers stayed away from playing with dolls, only bought them, but did not play, and this correlated with frequent nightmares and frequent illnesses with complications and, later, with prolonged postpartum depression in their own motherhood and dissatisfaction with the attitude of other people towards themselves and a child. Style affection is passed down from generation to generation in 75 %. The main goal of the current research is to explore the factors, related to behavioral displays of sexuality of adolescents with ASD. The theoretical analysis of causes that may provoke inappropriate sexual behavior of individuals with ASD is given. The hypothesis that such factors as intelligence level, social functioning level, sexual knowledge and parenting style can be related with sexual behavior of adolescents with ASD is tested in the current study. The adolescents with ASD and their peers without the developmental disorder were found to be significantly different at the displays of inappropriate sexual behavior, the factor of diagnosis showed a great impact. The current study also reveals that higher levels of social functioning and sexual education of individuals with ASD are related to more adequate sexual behavior. As for the intelligence level, it did not show a significant effect on the displays of sexual behavior among individuals with ASD. The relation between parenting styles, which are common in families with individuals with ASD, and sexual behavior displays were also discussed in the article. Methods for analyzing and forecasting prices of cryptocurrencies at the financial markets are considered in detail. A trend indicator – moving averages – is considered as an auxiliary tool for technical analysis that helps to analyze and forecast prices of cryptocurrencies at the financial markets. During the study there were analyzed several methods of different categories, namely: SMA (Simple Moving Average), EMA (Exponential Moving Average), WMA (Weighted Moving Average). For analyzing moving averages, there were conducted the analysis, based on mean-square deviation together with the standard graphic analysis. The whole process was divided in several stages: a moving average was calculated, based on basic values; based on values of the calculated moving average, there was calculated a mean square deviation; deviation with the least numerical value was chosen among the massive of deviations. The purpose of the study is to identify the preface of self-organization of the banking system, taking into account the information factor and the level of the entropy of the system. The theoretical questions of mutual influence and interconnection of entropy and information are considered in the paper, as well as their influence on the processes of self-organization in the banking system. From the point of view of the entropy approach the nature and conditions of self-organization in the banking system are disclosed. For the efficient functioning of the modern banking system, the search and analysis of the dependence between the entropy indicators, accumulated information and the synergistic effect, taking into account dualism of chaos and order, are of considerable interest. The basic directions of designing of development and structural components were identified. The attention was made on the specifics of pedagogical tasks, educationally-developing, extracurricular, leisure-developing environments. The features of the musical-aesthetic space as the components of the cultural-educational space of a comprehensive school where examined. It has structural elements such as: child individuality as the subject of education, different forms of activity; common principles of organization; new musical-educational technologies. New ways of musical-aesthetic space organization of general school were suggested. There were analyzed such principles of that space development as: sequence, systematic, purposefulness, pupil’s free choice of activity, optimal connection of different forms of teaching (frontal, group and individual), the positive emotional background formation. Educational functions of the musical-aesthetic space of general school were characterized. These are the spiritual and creative child individuality potential; compensation of its deficiency in child’s other life domains; upbringing of the aesthetic attitude toward music; positive emotional educational background creation. Human with its multilevel needs and priorities is an initial object of national economy efforts. World development tendencies of the new economy need using new development mechanisms of the human capital at decreasing transactional costs. The aim of the article is to analyze functioning components of the human capital in the strategic management of the national economy and to substantiate development instruments of the human capital at developing a management strategy in economy. A methodological base of the research work is fundamental positions of a theory of social economy, human development, economic growth, social-labor relations. The study offers the author definition of the notion “human capital” as an accumulated potential of citizens, expressed in their education, life experience, attitude, skills that may be used for improving current and future economic and social prosperity. A research result is the theoretical substantiation of the development of human capital, considered as a function of the strategic management of human resources, integrated with developing a management strategy of the national economy and each economic unit. Such development provides the growth of a market value of the human capital and results in quantity and quality changes in the activity of organizations. At the same time the increase of transactional costs takes place. The scientific understanding of using diverse instruments of the human capital development as an element of the general management strategy is developed in the research. There is used the three-level development system of the human capital, each level of which is characterized by specific problems and unequal readiness of human capital owners to participate in realization of tasks of an organization and correspondingly needs using different methods and instruments. Ostafiichuk","doi":"10.21303/2613-5647.2019.00928","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21303/2613-5647.2019.00928","url":null,"abstract":"This research is devoted to the \"settlement of a dispute with the participation of a judge\" institute, which at the end of 2017 was introduced into the administrative, economic and civil processes of Ukraine. During the preparatory proceedings the legislator has provided for the plaintiff and the defendant the opportunity to apply the procedure of peaceful settlement of a dispute with a judge. Of course, for the short time of existence, settlement of a dispute with a judge does not have the proper application in judicial practice. This is due to caution of the subjects of its application, and so the uncertainty and sometimes incomprehensibility purpose of this procedure. There are many subjective and objective factors. But the key is the Ukrainian’s perception of court, mainly as a punitiver, than a state body that protects human right and inability to conduct constructive negotiations and agreement. Despite these obstacles, it should be done as evidenced although rare positive jurisprudence [1]. The main focus of the research of the institute of dispute settlement involving judges should be the unification of the provisions relating to procedures foundations (principles, the beginning and the end, the order and timing of, etc.). Thanks to the practical application, the order of the procedure will be improved. But there are issues that require theoretical development.
