The movement of a user's eyes can provide a convenient, natural, and high-bandwidth source of additional user input, to help redress this one-sidedness. We, therefore investigate the introduction of eye movements as a computer input medium. Our emphasis is on the study of interaction techniques that incorporate eye movements into the user-computer dialogue. Not only must the players learn low-level skills, but they must also learn to work together and to adapt to the behaviors of different opponents. Dynamic behaviour learning in the face of adversarial opponents involves a) learning a basic set of strategies, and b) tuning these strategies for the specific opponents involved. Iterative approaches to dynamic learning are often slow for large state spaces, especially since in many dynamic situations, the reward is not obvious immediately, but may need to be temporally apportioned over multiple time epochs. In this work, we construct a reinforcement learning model based on a radial basis function network which may be interpreted as a set of fuzzy rules, and which are capable of real-time online learning. We test this method on the soccer-server domain that has emerged as an important testbed for learning dynamic behaviours. Essential components of a modern tank fire control system, their connectivity and requirements have also been discussed. For obtaining the ballistic solution, the ballistic data of tank ammunition has been exploited and six parameters from the data have been modelled by using non linear least square fitting. The accuracy of fit has been kept to 0.1 sigma . By using these parameters, prediction angles are solved. The results so obtained are tabulated and shows the accuracy to the level of 0.1 sigma . The modelled solution calculates the prediction angle for a moving target from a stationary tank. One of the hybrid intelligent systems is neuro- fuzzy hybrid intelligent system. The neuro-fuzzy systems are transparent systems which are capable of learning as well. Takagi Sugeno N-F system, a specific type of N-F system is a better performer than other N-F systems, but it needs more computational time. Besides that N-F system retains the property of parallel processing that it inherits from neural networks. To that extent, there appears to be much in common with the field of grid computing which itself aims to support applications that are parallel in nature and need high computational power. Rationale behind anaphora resolution is to make languages easier for computer to comprehend and process them further. This paper is focused on an algorithm for personal anaphora resolution and some important factors that play a major role in the resolution process. The algorithm resolves strong 1st person (PI), 2nd person (P2) and 3rd person (P3) pronouns in Pashto language in their direct, oblique and possessive cases. We used digital elevation models from SRTM data for neotectonic and stream profile analysis in Hazara Kashmir Syntaxis. Hazara Kashmir Syntaxis is a NNW-SSE complex tectonic zone and makes a hair pin like structure located in North Western Himalayan Fold and Thrust Belt. There is no distinct pattern of Hazara Kashmir Syntaxis and surrounding faults i.e. Main Boundary thrust, Main Central Thrust, etc. which marks loop around it. NW-SE trending Himalayan Frontal thrust starts from the core of the Syntaxis while other faults like Kotil thrust, Riasi thrust and Tanda fault runs along NS directed Jehlum Strike Slip Fault. Seismicity is distributed along all the parts of the Syntaxis i.e. in the core and along the outer loop but decreases southward. Major earthquakes like Kangra (1905) and Muzaffarabad Earthquake (2005) caused surface deformation in the area and gave motivation for this study. Streams network has been extracted from DEM; Choice of stream delineation algorithms can influence the stream parameters like contributing area, slope, elevation, downstream distance and Strahler order. This study focuses Kunhar River, Kishanganga Rivers and their tributaries. Both rivers and their tributaries come across many faults in this area at different locations which help us in understanding the tectonic activity in this region. We use stream power law to calculate steepness and concavity indices by making area slop plots. Tectonic and seismicity map also supports that the area is tectonically active showing thrust faulting. Numbers from the plates are automatically extracted and then matched with the database to identify the cars owner. System has been designed to work on the standard Islamabad Computerized Number Plates (ICT). The method is simple and extremely fast, making it suitable for many real time applications. This method has no distance, color and single plate limitations. The system has two main modules (1) plate extraction module (2) OCR module. We have developed our own SCANMP algorithm for the first module. For the second module, we have used template matching and neural networks to choose the effective method from them. We have used this system on different ICT plates and we have got above 90% accuracy with 2 mega pixel. GMHS make use of the mobile's SMS and 3G services conducting the two-way communication between the primary user and the Security device. This operation is conducted by verifying the primary cellular number along with the security pin code and the query. The device has been made capable to alert user, of any change occurring intentionally and unintentionally, making it more secure and friendly. In the proposed method we keep perturbation constant relatively large in the beginning and reduce it as the number of iterations proceed. It is also shown that large perturbation may cause false gradient information included in the approximated gradient. Problem of false gradient information is solved by placing a check not to include it in the resultant gradient. The Internet is growing at an annualized rate of 18% and now has one billion users. Second billion users will follow in the next ten years. Unfortunately there is very little work done in order to use the IP network in the field of emergency services. These services are mostly based on PSTN (public switched telephone network). In this paper we enhance the previous work that has been done in this regard and tried to improved the performance by bringing some changes in its architecture, which ensures the LI (location Information) stipulation which is a the most challenging aspect using IP flat address model. We have used the concept of DHCP relay (dynamic host configuration protocol) in order to ensure the LI from the caller side.
