The population in this study were Civil Servants who served as Patrol Boat Crew at Pangkalan Sarana Operasi Bea dan Cukai Tipe B Tanjung Priok with a total of 47 people. In this study, because the total population was 47, all members of the population were sampled (saturated sample). The questionnaire instrument or questionnaire serves as a data collection instrument in this study. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used in this study to collect data. Validity and reliability testing used the Pearson product moment test and Cronbach Alpha statistics. The analytical method for answering the hypothesis uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 26. The results show that the variables of work motivation, work environment, and compensation partially have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. While Employee Job Satisfaction is simultaneously significantly influenced by work motivation, work environment, and compensation.ABSTRAK \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja Awak Kapal Patroli di Pangkalan Sarana Operasi Bea dan Cukai Tipe B Tanjung Priok. Permasalahan kepuasan kerja terjadi pada Awak Kapal Patroli, Karyawan merasa sedih, lelah dan kecewa dengan bertambahnya target kerja yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan standar jumlah karyawan dan umpan balik yang diberikan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada manajemen untuk dapat mengatasi masalah kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bertugas sebagai Awak Kapal Patroli di Pangkalan Sarana Operasi Bea dan Cukai Tipe B Tanjung Priok dengan jumlah 47 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, karena jumlah populasi adalah 47, maka seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel (sampel jenuh). Instrumen angket atau angket berfungsi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Kuesioner dengan skala Likert digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan uji product-moment Pearson dan statistik Cronbach Alpha. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. This is particularly important in regions with tourism potential, where competent Civil Servants are necessary to drive and advance the tourism sector. This research evaluated the competency development of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports in Sumedang Regency, West Java. Factors that inhibited the competency growth were also identified along with possible attempts to overcome these obstacles. Qualitative descriptive method and inductive approach were employed, and the data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process involved parameter reduction, presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions based on the research findings. The findings indicate that the Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of Sumedang Regency has made progress in the development of civil servants competency. However, various challenges persisted, such as limited funds allocated for the development process and the lack of interest among the Civil Servants to actively engage. To address these obstacles, the Office of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports is collaborating with other agencies and actively participating in civil servant webinars.ABSTRAK \u0000Sumber daya manusia harus tumbuh dan berkembang untuk tampil di tingkat yang lebih tinggi dalam periode globalisasi. Ini menunjukkan perlunya perangkat daerah dengan kemampuan membawa otoritas yang kuat. Salah satu daerah di Jawa Barat yang memiliki potensi wisata dimana dibutuhkan aparatur yang kompeten untuk menangani dan memajukan sektor pariwisata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pertumbuhan kompetensi perangkat Dinas Pariwisata Kebudayaan Kepemudaan Dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Sumedang Jawa Barat. berusaha untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan yang relevan dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk melewatinya. Teknik Pengumpulan Data Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan induktif. Selain itu, reduksi parameter, presentasi, verifikasi, dan kesimpulan digunakan dalam proses analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemuan tersebut, Dinas Pariwisata Kebudayaan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Sumedang berhasil melaksanakan pengembangan kompetensi aparatur. Meskipun demikian, berbagai kesulitan masih terlihat, seperti keterbatasan dana untuk proses pembangunan dan ketidaktertarikan aparatur untuk bertindak. The management of the Soap Production Company identified that one of the causes of non-fulfillment of consumer demand was due to the production process being hampered by a shortage of production raw materials. Faced with the condition of increasingly high market demand, companies are constantly looking for ways to keep the supply of raw materials available in the right quantity and on time delivery. The calculation of ordering raw materials is carried out using the economist order quantity (EOQ) method and also the application of raw material safety stock. The EOQ method is applied to determine the order quantity and avoid large inventory costs. The amount of safety stock of raw materials is determined in anticipation of a shortage of raw materials during the production process. Kinerja karyawan yang baik juga karena faktor organizational citizenship behavior dan organizational trust penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh organizational trust. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bangun Cipta Kontraktor di Jakarta selatan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bangun Cipta Kontraktor jumlah sampel 66 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh seluruh karyawan PT. Bangun Cipta Kontraktor yaitu sebanyak 66 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google form dalam mengisi survei daring, wawancara, dan observasi. Metode analisis data adalah analisis jalur path (path analysis). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini sepenuhnya menggunakan bantuan program software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepempinan melayani terhadap kinerja karywan yang dimediasi kepercayaan organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Dengan populasi seluruh karyawan Sat Samapta Polres Metro Bekasi Kota dengan jumlah 80 responden. Untuk pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google form dalam mengisi survei online, wawancara, dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). KEU secara parsial. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Polpulasi yang ada dalam perusahaan sebanyak 128 karyawan dan diambil 97 orang sebagai responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simpel slovin.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik / analisis statistic (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolonearitas), uji hipotesis (uji parsial atau uji t dan uji f (simultan)) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KEU ini dapat dilihat dari analisis uji parsial atau uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 7,733 < t tabel 0,2017 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 > 0,05. Profesionalisme Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. KEU hasil dari analisis uji parsial atau uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 12,741 > t tabel 0,2017 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
