Zakat is one way to reduce poverty, by utilizing the zakat funds. Zakat Collector Unit (UPZ) in Rancasari Sub-District, Bandung City, is devoted to zakat management activities in conveying messages so that the public is aware of the importance of paying zakat mal if it is bishab and haul. So that a number of questions were formulated in the study: 1) What is the Communication Strategy in Planning? 2) What is the Communication Strategy in Implementation? 3) What is the Communication Strategy in Evaluation? The theory used in this study is a management approach communication strategy from Fred R. David which reveals that the strategy management process has three stages: Planning, Implementation and Evaluation. This theory is also strengthened by the communication strategy of Richard West Lynn H. Tunner with internal and external communication approaches. The method used in this study is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study: Planning both internally and externally is supported by the role of the chairman who carries out organizational command by optimizing existing fields. Implementation of the Zakat Collection Unit in Rancasari Subdistrict is still on activities outside zakat mall. Trust in the Zakat Collection Unit is still lacking. Socialization activities are still at the level of verbal delivery in certain groups or forums.Kemiskinan merupakan masalah yang sangat serius yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia dan untuk segera mencari dan menemukan solusi untuk mengurangi suatu persoalan dalam kemiskinan tersebut. Zakat merupakan salah satu cara untuk menekan angka kemiskinan, dengan memanfaatkan dana zakat tersebut. Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) Kecamatan Rancasari Kota Bandung pada kegiatan pengelolaan zakat maal dikhususkan dalam menyampaikan pesan agar masyarakat menyadari pentingnya membayar zakat mal bila sudah bishab dan haul. Sehingga dirumuskan beberapa pertanyaan dalam penelitian: 1) Bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi dalam Perencanaan? 2) Bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi dalam Implementasi? 3) Bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi dalam Evaluasi? Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi komunikasi pendekatan manajemen dari Fred R. David yang mengungkapkan bahawa proses manajemen strategi ada tiga tahapan yakni: Perencanaan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Teori ini juga dikuatkan oleh strategi komunikasi dari Richard West Lynn H. Tunner dengan pendekatan komunikasi internal dan eksternal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalah observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini: Perencanaan baik secara internal dan eksternal didukung oleh peran ketua yang menjalankan komando organisasi dengan mengoptimalkan bidang-bidang yang ada. In addition to strengthening the economy of the people, PWNU West Java also has a goal to foster and motivate religious life in the community as mad'u. As well as to find out the strategy of economic development which was proposed by the West Java PWNU and its implementation. The research method using the case study method with the type of research is qualitative and the Constructivism Paradigm. While the data source in the study is divided into two parts, namely primary sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method is obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the pattern of organizational communication in the Management of the Region of Nahdatul Ulama in West Java is the Wheel Pattern. In this pattern the chairperson is a central position in which all West Java PWNU members provide information and reports to the general chairman and if there is a problem that urges the general chairman to consult directly to solve the problem by asking for advice and approval from the PWNU West Java advisory board. Regarding economic issues, the benefits of the West Java PWNU have begun. Because some economic activities are already underway. Even though it hasn't arrived at a satisfying stage, because it does require time that is not instant.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi Nahdlatul Ulama dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Umat di Jawa Barat, guna meningkatkan kesejahtraan masyarakat khususnya yang kurang mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah. Selain untuk memperkuat ekonomi umat, PWNU Jawa Barat juga memiliki tujuan untuk membina dan memotivasi masyarakat dalam kehidupan beragama sebagai mad’u. On this news portal, East Java Governor Election 2018 which focuses on reporting the results of the debate on April 10th 2018 without giving frills about the activities of each candidate Governor of East Java in 2018.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui bagaimana media membingkai pemberitaan antar pasangan calon gubernur selama masa kampanye pemilihan Gubernur Jawa Timur 2018 di JawaPos.com, Surya.co.id & Tempo.co dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus analisis teks melalui analisis framing model Robert Entman. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap portal berita memberikan sudut pandang yang hampir sama terhadap Pemilihan Gubenur Jawa Timur 2018. Adanya sudut pandang yang hampir sama atau tidak jauh berbeda tersebut selanjutnya juga memberikan pandangan yang sedikit berbeda terhadap berita yang tersampaikan, keputusan moral dan penyelesaian masalah yang berbeda pula. Setelah dilakukan analisis secara mendalam, ternyata hal tersebut dipengaruhi dengan adanya gatekeeper. Tabligh congregation when communicating not only verbally, but also nonverbally is a characteristic and identity, both in the form of clothes, caps, beards and perfumes. It also includes ways to eat and shake hands that have their own characteristics and are different from other worshipers. This study uses a qualitative approach to the phenomenology tradition, and this study aims to find out how the Jama'at Tabligh nonverbal communication. The results of this study indicate that Jamaat Tabligh nonverbal communication has a charge of nonverbal messages that are so attached to each activity and their interactions with fellow worshipers or the community in general. These nonverbal messages are at the same time as a confirmation of a Muslim's identity, which functions as self-control, as a medium to strengthen the brotherhood of fellow Muslims (Ukhuwah Islamiyah), and as a form of glorifying one's fellow Muslims (Ikramul Muslimin). And nonverbal nonverbal communication is a manifestation of his belief as a Muslim who must practice the teachings of Islam and his love for the Prophet.Salah satu organisasi yang cepat dan memiliki jumlah jamaah yang cukup banyak adalah jamaah tabligh. Jamaah Tabligh ketika berkomunikasi tidak hanya verbal, tetapi juga nonverbal yang menjadi ciri khas dan identitasnya, baik dalam bentuk pakaian, peci, jenggot, dan parfum. Termasuk juga cara makan dan cara bersalaman yang memiliki ciri tersendiri dan berbeda dengan jamaah lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tradisi fenomenologi, dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi nonverbal Jamaah Tabligh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi nonverbal Jamaah Tabligh memiliki muatan pesan-pesan nonverbal yang begitu melekat pada setiap aktivitas dan interaksinya dengan sesama jamaah atau masyarakat pada umumnya. Pesan-pesan nonverbal ini sekaligus sebagai penegas identitas seorang muslim, yang berfungsi sebagai kontrol diri, sebagai media untuk mempererat persaudaraan sesama umat muslim (Ukhuwah Islamiyah), dan sebagai bentuk sikap memuliakan kepada sesama muslim (Ikramul Muslimin). Therefore, the purpose and objective of the research is to find out the symbols of communication and the meaning and message of using symbols of support communication for the persebaya among the SBK supporters community. In giving their support, this community mostly expresses it through certain symbols with their own meanings and messages. So the type of research used is descriptive qualitative using the Symbolic interactionism theory approach. Data obtained through interviews and direct observation in the field. From the results of the data obtained, it was concluded that the symbols of communication that happens or is done within the community to support SBK there are two symbols of verbal and non-verbal. Verbal symbols are used in the form of yells, songs or chants that they have created and always sung throughout the game. While non-verbal symbols there are three, namely, in the form of apparel / clothing made and worn every game. Certain facial expressions that appear or occur. And body movements that are intentionally done or occur accidentally.Sebagai makhluk sosial, manusia tidak akan terlepas dari namanya simbol komunikasi. Sebab itu, Maksud dan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui simbol komunikasi serta makna dan pesan dari penggunaan simbol-simbol komunikasi dukungan pada persebaya dikalangan komunitas suporter SBK. Dalam memberikan dukungannya, komunitas ini kebanyakan mengungkapkannya melalui simbol tertentu dengan makna dan pesan tersendiri. Sehingga tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Interaksionisme Simbolik. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung dilapangan. Dari hasil data yang diperoleh, disimpulkan bahwa simbol-simbol komunikasi yang terjadi atau dilakukan kalangan komunitas SBK dalam mendukung ada dua yaitu simbol verbal dan non verbal. Simbol verbal yang digunakan berupa yel-yel, nyanyian atau chant yang diciptakan dan selalu dinyanyikan mereka sepanjang pertandingan. This research is qualitative research using phenomenological methods. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that West Java PWI journalists are very understanding and important to the concept of independence but are flexible when the construction process of Islamic news is discussed, because the construction of the reporting of West Java PWI journalists is still carried out on the basis of media pressure.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan pemahaman wartawan terhadap konsep independensi dalam pemberitaan, mendeskripsikan konstruksi sebuah realitas menjadi sebuah berita, dan interpretasi keislaman wartawan PWI (Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia) Jawa Barat terhadap berita keislaman. The method used in this study is Stuart Hall's reception analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in reception in the community. The seven informants in this study came into three positions, namely 2 people as preferred / dominant reading; 3 people as negotiated reading; and 2 people as opposition reading. The difference in reception is caused by factors found in the context of communication, namely environmental, temporal, and psychological-social conditions in society.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui resepsi khalayak mengenai tarhim yang dilaksanakan pada waktu dini hari dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi resepsi khalayak dalam memaknai tarhim. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis resepsi dari Stuart Hall dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapatnya perbedaan resepsi di masyarakat. Tujuh orang informan dalam penelitian ini terbadi ke dalam tiga posisi, yaitu 2 orang sebagai preferred/dominant reading; 3 orang sebagai negotiated reading; dan 2 orang sebagai opposition reading. Perbedaan resepsi tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor yang terdapat dalam konteks komunikasi, yaitu faktor lingkungan, temporal, dan kondisi psikologis-sosial pada masyarakat. However, recently, several types of educational institutions in Indonesia have some attention from the society in terms of the development of behavioral character of the youth that tend to be degrading. Effective communication of dakwah(preaching) at Pesantren MQ Tebuireng (MQ Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School) as well as akhlak(behavior) education is believed to be able to improve the behavior or so called akhlak of the Indonesian youth to be better. It can be seen from this study, a study at Pesantren MQ Tebuireng aimed at finding the influence and correlation between the effectivity of communication of dakwah and akhlak education towards students. This study is a Quantitative study. The data in this study are obtained through survey using a proportional stratification sample tehnique towards 172 students at Pesantren MQ Tebuireng. The study shows that there is a simultaneous influence between an effective communication of dakwah and akhlak education towards students where Fcount of 18.009 > Ftable of 3.05. However, there is also a correlation with r value of .749. According to Priyato, the r value of .60 - .799 shows a strong correlation, i.e. between the effectivity of communication of dakwah and akhlak education towards students. Indonesia memilki bebearapa lembaga pendidikan, yakni lembaga pendidikan milik pemerintah dan lembaga milik per orangan, sedangkan sekarang beberapa lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia mendapat sorotan dari masyarakat mengenai pengembangan karakter tingkah laku generasinya yang mulai menurun. Komunikasi dakwah yang efektif di Pesantren MQ Tebuireung dan pembinaan akhlak diyakini dapat meningkatkan tingkah laku atau akhlak generasi di Indonesia menjadi lebih baik. Terbukti hasil penelitian di Pesantren MQ Tebuireung dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan efektivitas komunikasi dakwah dan pembinaan akhlak terhadap akhlak santri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melaui survei dengan teknik sampel stratifikasi proporsional terhadap santri di Pesantren MQ Tebuirung berjumlah 172 santri. Specifically the purpose of this research are: 1) To find out therapeutic communication carried out by Islamic Spiritual Nurses (Warois) in the process of healing inpatients in Ciamis Hospital.2) To find out Warois therapeutic communication methods and techniques. 3) To find out the contents of Warois's therapeutic communication message in the process of healing inpatients in Ciamis Hospital. 4) To find out the results of Therois therapeutic communication in helping the healing process of inpatients in Ciamis Hospital. This study used a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. The success of therapeutic communication of Islamic spiritual care officers can be seen from the positive response from patients and families, namely the existence and occurrence of behavioral changes in patients and families. When the patient had not been given guidance and counseling by officer Warois, the patient felt very severe pain, so he was screaming very loudly, after guidance and counseling, he did not scream again despite experiencing severe pain, but he instead glorified and converted, to Allah SWT.Secara umum tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menemukan, mengetahui, menjelaskan, menilai, membandingkan, mengembangkan dan membuktikan pengetahuan. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian ini adalah:1) Untuk mengetahui komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh Perawat Rohani Islam (Warois) dalam proses penyembuhan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Ciamis.2) Untuk mengetahui metode dan teknik komunikasi terapeutik Warois. 3) Untuk mengetahui isi pesan komunikasi terapeutik Warois dalam proses penyembuhan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Ciamis. 4) Untuk mengetahui hasil dari komunikasi terapeutik Warois dalammembantu proses penyembuhan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Keberhasilan komunikasi terapeutik petugas perawatan rohani Islam dapat dilihat dari adanya respon yang positif dari pasien dan keluarga, yaitu ada dan terjadinya perubahan prilaku pada diri pasien dan keluarga. The study was conducted to answer the question of how identity construction preachers and how preachers selection criteria in propaganda programs on television. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach and methods of Critical Discourse Analysis Teun Van Dijk Models. There are three element of Critical Discourse Analysis Methods : Text, Social Cognition and Social Context. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the commodification of propaganda on the program \"Islam itu indah\" made on the preacher and maudhu side. On the side of, the election preacher / resource is determined by considering certain criteria which include unification (distinguishing characteristics), tradability (popularity and publicity), skills and abilities to speak, as well as the scientific qualifications. Representation preachers on this program conducted with respect to rating and share, performance and target audience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi daí sebagai tenaga kerja dalam program televisi bertajuk “Islam Itu Indah”. Penelitian diarahkan untuk menggali aspek komodifikasi yang berkaitan dengan kriteria pemilihan dai’dan konstruksi daí dalam program televisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis wacana kritis (Critical Discourse Analysis) model Teun Van Dijk. Terdapat tiga elemen dalam Analisis Wacana Kritis Teun Van Dijk, yaitu teks, kognisi sosial dan konteks sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komodifikasi dakwah pada program “Islam Itu Indah” dilakukan pada sisi da’i dan maudhu. Pada sisi da’i, pemiihan da’i/narasumber ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria tertentu yang meliputi unifikasi (karakter pembeda), daya jual (popularitas dan publisitas), keterampilan dan kecakapan berbicara, serta kualifikasi keilmuan. Representasi da’i pada program ini dilakukan dengan memperhatikan rating and share, performa dan sasaran audiens.
