In 2018, the Perm region ranked fourth in the Volga Federal District in terms of air emissions. Chemical and mining activities in the Berezniki urban district of the Perm region make a huge contribution to increasing air pollution. Previously, it was established that the distribution of pollutants across the city was affected by the physical and geographical characteristics of the area and meteorological conditions of pollutant dispersion. The paper shows the need to monitor aerotechnogenic dispersion of elements in the snow cover within the Berezniki urban district. In March 2018, the microelement composition of the snow cover was studied with regard to 25 elements. The environmental and chemical distribution of the elements was assessed taking into account the functional use of the territory (industrial, recreational, transport, and residential areas). The degree of technogenic pollution level of melt snow water was determined by the accumulation and dispersion coefficients. On the basis of the concentration coefficient, there were identified anomalies with increased content relative to the background, those including the association Pb-Ti-Ge-Ga-Se, Ni and V. Recreational facilities were found to be subject to increased technogenic load relative to industrial areas. Spatial distribution of microelements in the snow cover of the study area was analyzed using the total pollution index Zc. Russian companies also have foreign economic interests in the continent, which requires studying the experience of other states, namely their country and sectoral priorities and the instruments used. Human geography lacks a generally accepted framework for analyzing the geography of investment from the perspective of donors rather than recipients of capital, which is why it is proposed in this paper. After specifying the relationship between the main terms in the field of investment (foreign investor activity, investment image, investment climate, etc.), the article provides a consistent scheme of geographical macroregional analysis of this sphere using tile maps as the most productive means of visualizing spatial information on investment at a given hierarchical level. After identifying the spatial and sectoral patterns of activity of different investment donor countries in Africa, an attempt is made to reconstruct the factors that have predetermined the spatial and sectoral differentiation of direct investment in the countries of the macro-region. Поскольку для полосы широколиственно-хвойных лесов Заволжья свойственны периодические лесные пожары, часто имеющие катастрофический характер, то территория Керженского заповедника, значительно пострадавшая в результате последнего крупного пожара 2010 г. и затронутая предыдущими пожарами, является подходящим полигоном для апробации методов картографирования послепожарного состояния лесов в условиях заповедного режима. В представленном исследовании приведена методика крупномасштабного картографирования участков, пройденных пожаром 2010 г., с использованием данных дистанционного зондирования, тематических карт и наземных полевых исследований. Обширный массив многолетних данных полевых исследований позволил провести последовательное уточнение результатов визуального дешифрирования на исследуемых участках. В основу содержащей 41-й номер легенды карт ключевых участков положена эколого-морфологическая классификация растительности. Легенда представлена в табличном виде и несёт в себе возможность её использования в будущем при картографировании более поздних стадий восстановления растительности. Полученные карты позволяют выявить особенности территориальной дифференциации послепожарного состояния растительного покрова и являются основой для создания карты на всю пройденную пожарами часть заповедника. Особую специфику имеет представление городского пространства, неоднородность которого определяет различия в территориальной идентификации жителей, в том числе границы территориальной общности людей и вернакулярные районы. На основе результатов опроса жителей выделяются некоторые вернакулярные районы городов Н. Новгорода и Перми. Полученные данные о наиболее и наименее престижных районах города позволяют определить внутреннюю неоднородность официальных районов, обусловленную не только особенностями рельефа города, но и спецификой планировки и функционального зонирования. Выделяются центры городов и анализируется их пространственная структура в представлении жителей. Показаны различия точечных, линейных и ареальных структур городских центров. Предлагаются дальнейшие направления исследования городских вернакулярных районов, прежде всего, методом составления ментальных карт. Обсуждаются вопросы выделения маргинальных районов. Based on the geographical and climatic approaches, the study area was divided into four zones. It is shown that interannual changes in air temperature both within the identified zones and between them are consistent, while changes in the series of average monthly air temperatures are not so unambiguous. The calculated values of the linear trends of long-term changes in the mean annual air temperature indicate that, despite its widespread significant increase, in the last decade, a slowdown in the temperature growth has been noted across the territory of southern Siberia. An increase in air temperature is observed in almost all months of the year, with the exception of the winter period, when, according to data from individual meteorological stations, a slight fall in temperature is noted. An assessment of the relationship between air temperature and circulation mechanisms, carried out using correlation analysis, indicates a significant influence of the Scandinavian teleconnection index practically throughout the year in zones related to areas of continental climate. In areas of a sharply continental climate, its influence decreases to some extent, especially in summer, although it remains the leading factor in some months. The ongoing climatic changes cannot but entail both positive and negative socio-economic effects.
