It is published by the Publishing House of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn under the auspices of the NATO DEEP program and in cooperation with an international research team CEDICLO. At the heart of this system are two critical components: the Vocal Emotion Analysis (VEA) Network, which captures the emotional nuances expressed within speech, and the Supervised Classifier for Deepfake Detection, which utilizes the emotional features extracted by the VEA to distinguish between authentic and fabricated audio tracks. The system capitalizes on the nuanced deficit of deepfake algorithms in replicating the emotional complexity inherent in human speech, thus providing a semantic layer of analysis that enhances the detection process. The robustness of the proposed methodology has been rigorously evaluated across a variety of datasets, ensuring its efficacy is not confined to controlled conditions but extends to realistic and challenging environments. This was achieved through the use of data augmentation techniques, including the introduction of additive white noise, which serves to mimic the variabilities encountered in real-world audio processing. The results have shown that the system's performance is not only consistent across different datasets but also maintains high accuracy in the presence of background noise, particularly when trained with noise-augmented datasets. By leveraging emotional content as a distinctive feature and applying sophisticated machine learning techniques, it presents a robust framework for safeguarding against the manipulation of audio content. The topic is still valid due to the phenomenon of discrimination among employees in the workplace. The phenomenon of discrimination is multidimensional, and its complexity causes many problems for entities interpreting the provisions in this field. Aspects related to discrimination are not and will not be an easy topic, especially since they concern delicate and sensitive aspects also related to human dignity, including the right to privacy. In employee employment, first of all, employees should be treated equally in terms of the manner of establishing and terminating an employment relationship, employment conditions, professional qualifications, and in particular aspects related to political beliefs, trade union membership or religion. In the first part, issues of a general nature will be presented, primarily those relating to international and European regulations regarding the principle of equality and the prohibition of discrimination.  The aim of the article is to analyze the transformation of marriage in the context of socio-cultural changes taking place at the beginning of the 21st century. Taking up this issue is important not only for cognitive reasons, but also for social ones. At present, in many cultural circles, the principle of Christian marital morality is presented in a distorting mirror. Many attempts are made to impose on whole communities and even entire societies a model that proclaims itself \"progressive\" and \"modern\". Formerly concealed violence, molestation, mental torment, and even infanticide are coming to light. Homosexual marriages, homo and heterosexual partnerships are introduced, patchwork families are popularized, and divorces and life without commitments are completely normalized. For this reason, every attempt to reflect and search for “the right way\" certainly brings us closer to finding the true essence and pattern of a harmonious and spiritual marriage created on the basis of a humanistic approach to human existence.

The integration of people belonging to this category into society and making their lives easier has become a priority. While the transition from military to civilian life works out well for many, for some the transition is extremely difficult. The development of a complex model of the social adaptation process of personnel discharged from military is considered one of the most important issues in the process of integrating people who change their profession and lifestyle into a new environment. The article reviews all possible elements involved in the process of social adaptation of servicemen released from the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan and presents a structural scheme (model) for the development of the mechanism of this process.

In this new legal act, which came into force in September 2022, many significant issues have been stated, among others the minimum age of over 10 years old and the condition in the form of a stipulation „and are not of age” for individuals to whom provisions of law with regard to preventing demoralization are applied. The series of circumstances proclaiming juvenile demoralization has been amended and the list of offences defined as a punishable crime has been extended. Additionally, new regulations have been introduced to enable school principals and the police to take (under certain conditions) educational measures against juvenile offenders. The Act also contains modified definition of a punishable act. What has been added to the previously specified educational measures (to which, in turn, putting a minor in a regional juvenile education centre has been added) and the correctional measure is the medical measure. The subject of the article is an analysis of the current legal provisions regulating the matters of minors. The multidimensional nature of the issue determined the choice of research methods. The following methods were used: formal-dogmatic, historical-legal or comparative.
