The significant impact of COVID-19 occurs in the health sector, so the critical primary role of the government is to formulate policies in the health sector to control COVID-19. This research used a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing the policies made and the role of actors in covid-19 control in the field of health. This research data uses secondary data from national and international journal articles, government websites, and national online media news during the COVID-19 pandemic. The technique of analyzing research data uses Vosviewer and Nvivo 12 plus software so that data visualization can be presented as a basis for formulating health development policies and how the role of actors in controlling COVID-19. This study indicates, 1) the pattern of health development policies in controlling COVID-19 still needs improvement in effectiveness and efficiency so that policies are right on target. 2) policies made in controlling COVID-19 in Indonesia are still not optimal, especially in integrating technology and other resources. 3) the government is not ready to control COVID-19; the role of other actors is still low in intensity in controlling COVID-19. Based on the research analysis it is important to formulate policies to control COVID-19 and identify its role. Thus, this research can provide a reference in formulating sustainable policies in controlling COVID-19 in the health sector.","PeriodicalId":34501,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Public Policy","volume":"49 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90574970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to the development of science and increasingly sophisticated technology. Competition between fields is getting more challenging, including the government, highly highlighted for public consumption. All must be able to maintain the existence of their institutions to survive in the current 4.0 era. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in employee status on employee performance at the Office of the People's Welfare of Mandailing Natal Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a research population of fewer than 100 people, so all 30 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression (t) test. After statistical tests were carried out, it was obtained that the employment status had a positive regression coefficient value of 36,053. The results of this positive coefficient value indicate that employment status has a positive effect on employee performance. All statements of employment status and performance variables have a value of 0.33, meaning that the performance indicators, namely, work quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence, are all good. Employees who have higher employment status will have better performance in service compared to non-status employees.","PeriodicalId":34501,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Public Policy","volume":"29 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77406000","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indonesia is a country with a high rate of deforestation and forest degradation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze stakeholders’ participation in addressing deforestation and forest degradation in transforming forest governance in Indonesia to achieve SDGs. This study applies a qualitative approach, and the data are collected through interviews and examination of documents. The collected data are analyzed by interactive models and theories relevant to the study. The findings of this study indicate that there has been a change in forest governance in Indonesia from top-down into bottom-up forest governance, prioritizing the principles of participatory governance. Indonesia's current forest governance system has involved multi-stakeholders in achieving transparent, accountable, and constitutional forest governance, favouring public interest. Furthermore, local, national, and international Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) also play a role and synergize with the government, private sector, community, and indigenous peoples to encourage improvements in forest governance in Indonesia. Finally, the business community plays a role in sustainable forest management to maintain forest resources and ecosystems. It can be concluded that forest management in Indonesia has led to participatory governance by involving stakeholders, leading to a distribution of roles, authorities, and responsibilities in forest governance in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":34501,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Public Policy","volume":"95 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80416330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The primary technique used in data collection is conducting interviews with other supporting instruments in observation and documentation. The conclusion that has been obtained by the author based on analytical research on the use of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) application at the SIPD quality point is that the SIPD application has been practical. Employees feel that work is easier and faster even though 60-70% of system users still do not understand the input clearly, thus requiring more supervision. The research and writing of this journal aim to determine the impact of PKH on family welfare and see if there is a reduction in poverty after the government realizes the Family Hope Program. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study results indicate that the impact of PKH on beneficiary families, including the cash provided, can meet consumption or family needs and help the economy of PKH recipient families. The implementation of the program can reduce poverty in Aceh. The percentage of the poverty rate fell to 0.02%. The limitation of the research is the impact of PKH on family welfare and wants to examine whether there is a decrease in the percentage of poverty in Aceh or Aceh Barat. The practical implication of this research is to provide information to the government that PKH can improve the welfare of low-income families. The social significance is to give the government and the general public that the implementation of social assistance programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program, can reduce poverty rates in Aceh or West Aceh.
