The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of community empowerment programs through the Aceh Kreatif program so far and how the conditions of opportunities and challenges can be utilized by local governments in developing products and services from community empowerment through the Aceh Kreatif program. The research method used is a qualitative method. descriptive with the literature study technique The Aceh Creative Program is one of the 15 flagship programs of the Aceh government which indeed aims to improve the community's economy by emphasizing innovation creativity and utilizing local potential that is spread throughout the region from cities to villages in Aceh, contained in Aceh Qanun No.1 of 2019 concerning the Aceh Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM) for 2017-2022. The performance of the implementation of community empowerment through the Aceh program can be said to be good. 115 Bumdes are developing and getting turnover and obtaining PAG, several businesses were born in the village from community empowerment through the Aceh Kreatif program. Communication of the implementing agency is carried out through Focus Group discussions (FGD) then coordination meetings which are held regularly at the beginning of the year. In addition, the PMG Aceh Office conducts monitoring and evaluation of several gampongs in Aceh. Based on the data release  the regional disaster management agency there have 6,607 disasters in the period 2015-2019, natural disasters in west jawa including earthquakes, tsunami, landslide, flash floods, and so forth. So that, a guidelines for disaster-preparedeness schools is important to avoid school from any kind of disasters. This study  aims to find out and analysis model disaster-preparedeness schools in west java province and relation of disasters handling. This research using a qualitative method. Data collection, interviews with informants and collection of documents related to the policy guidelines for safe schools from disasters. Data analysis teachniques used are from the miles and Huberman models which include data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion. The results of this research indicate that the implementation model of disaster preparedness school policy as a whole has fulfilled the rules of disaster mitigation management by implementing regulations and procedures from both the central and regional levels. The method used in this research is qualitative, then data is collected from the Twitter hashtag using Nvivo12 Plus to analyze the data. Therefore, the Aceh Jaya district government has enacted regent regulation no 21 of 2011 regarding the arrangement of community mining, but the policy implementation has not been optimal. The research was peeled off using implementation models from Smith as well as Van Metter and Van Horn. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Aceh Jaya government policies in structuring community gold mining in Gunong Ujeun village, Krueng Sabee sub-district, Aceh Jaya district. This research uses a qualitative method, namely by interviewing informants. The results of the study illustrate that the implementation of the policy or regional regulation of Aceh Jaya district number 21 of 2011 has not been running optimally. This can be seen from the number of miners who do not know the existence of the regulations set by the government. By taking secondary data from expenditure realization in 2019 and expenditure realization data from 2020 to June, the effects of the spread of Covid-19 on budget absorption can be seen, especially at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. From the results of the efficiency ratio found an increase in the category of sufficient efficiency to be very efficient, but the value of budget absorption to the maximum compliance of absorption every quarter found a decrease from the very good value category to the bad value category. There is a positive impact on the budget for the coming year, namely in terms of budget savings and efficient use of the budget. Intervensi Sosial pada level komunitas lokal dapat menjadi salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk upaya pengembangan masyarakat lokal melalui serangkaian cara dan strategi yang dilakukan oleh pelaku intervensi atas dasar adanya kemauan dan komitmen untuk membantu bagi kemajuan dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat lokal di sekitar kawasan transmigrasi Desa Topoyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif mengenai proses pengembangan masyarakat lokal di daerah transmigrasi Desa Topoyo. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Informan ditentukan secara purposif berdasarkan karakteristik dan dan kesesuaian data yang dibutuhkan. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and used the theories of Van Metter and Van Horn. The indicators consist of standards and policy objectives, policy resources, communication between related organizations and implementing activities, characteristics of implementing agents, social and political-economic conditions and attitudes of implementers or implementers. The results showed that the implementation of West Aceh Regent Regulation No. 27 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Community Economic Empowerment through Village Funds in Johan Pahlawan Sub-District especially in Leuhan Village, Padang Seurahet Village, and Blang Beurandang Village had been carried out in accordance with the provisions of West Aceh Regent Regulation Number 27 the Year 2017. This is evidenced by the implementation of 2 (two) policy indicators, namely the distribution of empowerment assistance from village gampong to the community in accordance with policy standards and objectives, and human resources and the budget is adequate so that the response from the community is very enthusiastic about community economic empowerment activities through village funds. Jkn mobile application is the latest innovation from BPJS Health in improving services to the community, especially in the field of health, but many people who have not used this application because many people do not know about this application. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of service innovations provided through the mobile application jkn. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach to the determination of purposive sampling informant techniques. Measurement of effectiveness through three indicators namely: time factor, accuracy factor, and service delivery style factor.
